The New York Community Board 8 unanimously passed a Resolution to halt 5G in their New York neighborhood!
UPDATE: On December 15th the Full New York Community Board voted to pass the 5G moratorium. The resolution was first brought forth in the transportation committee. The New York Community Board 8 represents the Upper East Side of Manhattan and Roosevelt Island.
IARC Will Soon Reassess RF Cancer Risk —Or Maybe Not
On November 23, Elisabete Weiderpass, the Director of the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), revealed that a new assessment of the evidence linking radiofrequency (RF) radiation to cancer would likely take place in early 2024. A formal decision could come within a few months.
Calls for a new IARC evaluation have been mounting for some years following the release of two large animal studies showing elevated tumor counts after lifelong exposure to RF radiation. Many believe that the animal experiments leave the Agency little choice but to increase the cancer risk classification at least one notch to “probable” from the current “possible,” or perhaps to its highest classification, a known human carcinogen.
The Girl Scouts’ Latest Business Project: Hailing 5G Cellphone Technology
Beyond developing their camping skills, participating in a food drive to aid the hungry and donating pajamas for seniors, Girl Scouts across America this year were offered a new way to earn a special uniform patch: learning about the wonders of 5G cellphone technology and, in some cases, promoting it.
The opportunity came courtesy of Ericsson, the Swedish telecommunications giant, which sponsored the “Ericsson Limited Edition 5G & IoT” (Internet of Things) patch program. The program, still available on at least one Girl Scout website, targets all age levels, from Daisies (kindergarten-age Scouts) to Ambassadors (those in high school), with an array of activities intended to “introduce Girl Scouts to 5G and the Internet of Things.”
Australia, Canada and USA sign up to UK’s vision for a stronger 5G supply chain
Australia, Canada and the United States have backed guidelines for telecoms companies, developed by the UK, designed to build a more innovative, competitive and secure supply of equipment for telecoms networks, including for 5G and 6G.
The three nations are the first to endorse the UK’s principles for the development of Open RAN – a new breed of telecoms kit which allows providers to ‘mix and match’ solutions from multiple vendors which is not possible under current network setups.
Dunblane Telecoms Mast Plans Near Primary School Faces Objections
Plans to site a telecommunications mast next to Dunblane Primary School have sparked objections from residents and a local MSP.
Mid-Scotland and Fife regional MSP Alexander Stewart said he had been contacted by “a number of concerned constituents” about the application. The proposed 5G telecoms installation features an H3G 15-metre high street pole and additional equipment cabinets on land opposite 38 Murdoch Terrace.

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — More than a dozen blocks around the Upper East Side may soon be outfitted with enormous 5G transmission poles as part of a city plan to expand internet access — alarming at least one local leader who says the poles will overwhelm their low-rise neighborhood.
The 18 potential sites for LinkNYC kiosks will be presented Wednesday to a Community Board 8 committee by the Office of Technology and Innovation, which since 2015 has been replacing the city’s old payphones with hundreds of 9-foot-tall “links,” emitting free Wi-Fi and bearing advertising on both sides.

SAR Display: Alert Raised by the DGCCRF!
In a statement, dated November 23, 2022, the French General Directorate for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Prevention (DGCCRF) revealed major breaches by distributors of mobile phones and connected devices (the list has not been made public).
Indeed, these companies are required to display on their products, since July 2020, information about the Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) values. This being mandatory on every device emitting electromagnetic waves – not just cell phones, as was the case before.

List of Cell Phones Withdrawn or Updated for Deception and Endangering Users
These are now 37 different models of cell phones, identified as dangerous for the health of users, that have been either withdrawn from the French market or have had their Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) updated by software. Latest ones: the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip and the Wiko Y82.
Samsung has been given a 7,500 euros penalty
In its press release published on the 18th of November, the French National Agency of Frequencies (ANFR) revealed that it detected too important SAR values on two other cell phones. First of them, the Galaxy Z Flip from Samsung, has initially been measured with a trunk SAR of 2.05 W/kg, the regulatory level being fixed at 2 W/kg. It even raised to 3.024 W/kg after the first software update made by the company. A second one has thus been necessary to make the cell phone compliant, the trunk SAR being brought back to 1.04 W/kg. By the way, Samsung has been penalized with a 7,500 euros fine.

The health complaints started rolling in within weeks of the activation of a new cellphone tower in August 2020 in Pittsfield, an old factory town in Massachusetts’ Berkshire Mountains. Seventeen residents reported headaches, dizziness, insomnia or confusion. A few children had to sleep with “vomit buckets” by their beds.
