1. CDC VAERS FOIA lawsuit filed by CHD Legal Team
CHD sought the records of all proportional reporting ratio (PRR) conducted by the CDC related to COVID-19 from Oct. 1, 2021, to the present, along with all communications within the CDC and with the FDA about the PRR results and follow-up investigations required by the SOP done in connection with those results. The lawsuit also seeks daily email alerts from VAERS contractors hired by the CDC listing identification numbers for all adverse events of special interest, which are events requiring further investigation.
2. CA Supreme Court Confirms Appeals Courts’ Ruling against San Diego Unified School District’s Student COVID vaccine mandate
Lee Andelin, lead attorney for Let Them Breathe, along with Aaron Siri, prevailed in the San Diego Superior Court, striking down San Diego’s Covid-19 vaccine school mandate in LET THEM CHOOSE v. SAN DIEGO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT.
The School District lost in the lower court, effectively making its COVID-19 vaccine mandate illegal. Immediately, the school district appealed the decision. On Nov. 22, 2022, they lost the Appeal, holding that school districts do not have the authority to impose their own vaccination requirements on top of the standard state-wide series.
In a dramatic turn of events, one final shot was taken by those hoping to impose local-level vaccine mandates. Just days before the deadline was to expire for the California Supreme Court to review the decision, state officials filed requests to the California Supreme Court to depublish the decision, which, if granted, would render the decision uncitable by other courts in the future.
Aaron Siri, filed an opposition letter to Chief Justice Patricia Guerrero and Associate Justices pointing out the facts as to why he believed the Court of Appeal correctly concluded that the Appellate Decision was worthy of publication.
On Feb. 23, 2023, the California Supreme Court denied the Request to Depublish the Court of Appeal decision, and declined to review the case, making the decision a final and citable precedent – free to be cited by other courts in future lawsuits!

FRANCE
A legal victory from the Jura region in France.
Two healthcare workers were suspended in Sept 2021 for not getting jabbed. They immediately fought their employer’s decision using the special Prud’hommes tribunal, which handles workplace cases. The decision came down on Jan. 27, 2023, and, considering Art. 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights, sided with the suspended workers who are to be reinstated. However, the tribunal did not award back pay because the employer followed the rules at the time of suspension. The employer has announced it will appeal the decision.
