This week, Mary Holland Children’s Health Defense (CHD) president, and Polly Tommey, co-producer of “Vaxxed”, cover the latest COVID headlines, including news that the director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) disregarded the advice of the agency’s vaccine advisory committee and cleared the way for many to get a third Pfizer COVID shot, and that the CEO of the pharmaceutical giant Pfizer said “normal life” will return within a year, but not for those who don’t have regular COVID-19 vaccinations.

Also on tap this week is news that Moderna chief, Stephane Bancel, sees the pandemic ending within a year due to vaccine advancements, and that Australia will impose a lockdown on unvaccinated individuals, radically separating individuals by vaccination status.

Polly and Mary also discuss the COVID-19 booster shot designed to protect against multiple variants which is being tested in humans for the first time, and a CHD article where Jodi O’Malley, a registered nurse, shares recorded conversations between herself and colleagues about the government’s failure to acknowledge COVID vaccine risks and lack of efficacy.

Here are more of this week’s highlights:

  • More than 726,000 COVID vaccine injuries have been reported to VAERS.  “We know that number doesn’t even come close,” said Mary. “When people really start to understand the scope of these injuries, they can not move forward in the name of health.”
  • Physician Danice Hertz is pleading for help after having been “horribly injured” by the Pfizer COVID vaccine. “This article really hit me,” said Mary.
  • Star tennis player Jeremy Chardy regrets taking the Pfizer vaccine after experiencing “violent pain” forcing him to end his season early.
  • 70% of fully vaccinated prisoners in Texas caught COVID after a Delta outbreak. “It shows that the vaccines aren’t very effective,” said Mary.
  • Washington D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser issued a vaccine mandate for all eligible student-athletes as well as adults who are regularly in schools or child care centers. They must be fully vaccinated by Nov. 1.
  • Migrants in immigration detention facilities are encouraged, but not required, to get the COVID vaccination.
  • A lower dose COVID vaccination was found to be safe for children ages 5-11, according to data from a Pfizer and BioNTech trial.
  • COVID vaccination status may become an issue for parents who share custody of their children. “In any debate between parents over whether a healthy child should be vaccinated against COVID-19 or not, the judge will likely rule on the side of the parent who wants the vaccination.”
  • Job candidates may have to add their vaccination status to their resume as more companies require measures to protect against COVID. “This is the two-tiered society,” said Mary. “They are going to discriminate based on vaccination status. It’s not a secret anymore.”
  • A group of Republican senators unveiled legislation seeking to prohibit the U.S. Department of Defense from issuing dishonorable discharges for U.S. troops who do not comply with the military’s vaccine mandate. The Biden administration strongly opposed it. ”I think this will absolutely backfire on the Biden administration,” said Mary.
  • New York will consider using individuals from the national guard and other out-of-state workers to replace unvaccinated healthcare workers.
  • New York Gov. Kathy Hochul claimed COVID vaccines are from God and urged her listeners to be her “apostles” by convincing their friends to get vaccinated. “She has absolutely no right to tell you what God says,” said Polly. “Remember, these people are not God.”
  • Novavax and its partner, Serum Institute of India, applied to the World Health Organization for an emergency use listing of Novavax’s COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine would primarily be distributed to poorer countries. “Please do not be deceived,” said Polly. “Do your own research. It’s not what you think it is.”
  • Unvaccinated President Jair Bolsonaro of Brazil was kicked off of the United Nations General Assembly after defending the use of drugs to treat COVID and pushing back on criticism.
  • More than 30,000 reports of menstrual irregularities and vaginal bleeding have been reported to the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency’s (MHRA) Yellow Card Scheme — the UK system for collecting and monitoring adverse reactions following COVID vaccines. “I urge you all to go and look at this article,” said Polly.
  • Thousands of healthcare workers said that they would rather get fired than be vaccinated. “How can you do that in the name of health?” said Mary. “These are draconian measures.”
  • More than 6,700 physicians and medical scientists have signed the “Rome Declaration” to alert citizens about the deadly consequences of COVID policy makers’ and medical authorities’ unprecedented behavior. “I urge people to read this,” said Mary.
  • The White House published an executive order adding measles to the list of quarantinable communicative diseases.
  • “I’m just waiting for the third shot to end it all.” Polly encourages all viewers to visit this powerful site full of testimonies from Israel.
  • Pre-order Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s new book, “The Real Anthony Fauci: Bill Gates, Big Pharma, and the Global War on Democracy and Public Health” here. “It should be a book that really starts discussions,” said Mary. “I am really looking forward to this book.”
