1. Mr. Kennedy Testifies in front of the Subcommittee on Censorship
The Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government held a hearing on Thursday, July 20, 2023, to examine the federal government’s role in censoring Americans. The hearing highlighted the Missouri v. Biden case and Big Tech’s collusion with out-of-control government agencies to silence speech.

2. Win in Chile!
Attorney Robert Fletcher announced a legal win using articles on the health outcomes of vaccinated v. unvaccinated children based on findings by Brian Hooker and CHD articles translated into Spanish by Kari Bundy. This case involved social services intervening when the authorities learned the children were unvaccinated. This was Mr. Fletcher’s 10th case regarding vaccine mandates.
3. Oral Argument Monday Doctor’s Speech 9th Circuit
Although the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California granted a preliminary injunction halting Gov. Gavin Newsom, Attorney General Rob Bonta and California Medical and Osteopathic Boards’ enforcement of California’s COVID-19 misinformation law for Plaintiffs and their members. The two companion cases, with essentially the same arguments, filed in the Central District weren’t initially successful.
On Monday, July 17, 2023, the 9th Circuit heard arguments in Mark McDonald v. Kristina Lawson challenged the dismissal, and its effect, in the form of a stay, on Couris et al., v. Lawson et al. – Both cases are seeking a preliminary injunction challenging California Assembly Bill 2098, pertaining to regulation of speech related to COVID-19.
