1. CHD Sues NIH Over Failure to Comply With FOIA Request for Correspondence With COVID Vaccine Injury Victims
Children’s Health Defense on Wednesday sued the National Institutes of Health (NIH) for failing to produce documents related to correspondence between NIH researchers and individuals who contacted the agency regarding adverse events they experienced after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine.

2. ICAN Attorneys Secure Religious Exemption to Vaccination in Mississippi
ICAN’s attorneys secured a historic and critical win following an evidentiary hearing. The Federal Court ruled that the First Amendment requires that, by July 15, 2023, the State of Mississippi shall afford a religious exemption to residents so that those with children with religious exemptions may attend school without one or more state-mandated vaccines!

3. U.S. Approves First 3 COVID Vaccine Injury Claims
The U.S. government approved its first three payments to people injured by COVID-19 vaccines — amounting to a total of $4,634.89.
The Health and Resources Service Administration (HRSA) vaccine injury claims report, updated monthly, shows one $2,019.55 payment for anaphylaxis and two payments — $1,582.65 and $1,032.69 — for myocarditis.
The payments were made through HRSA’s Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP).
