Scott McCollough – CHD Plans Lawsuit After Los Angeles County Approves Fast-Tracking of Wireless Towers

Imagine waking up one morning to a cell tower or small cell being installed in your front yard. You were not notified and there is nothing you can do to appeal the decision.

Scott McCollough, lead litigator of CHD’s EMR & Wireless lawsuits, tells viewers about CHD’s plans to sue the L.A. County Board of Supervisors after they voted yes on a “back door rubber stamp” ministerial process that eliminates important safeguards and gives wireless companies a free pass to deploy their networks.

He sheds light not only on the health, safety and environmental effects of the network infrastructure, but also the larger-scale privacy concerns, describing the network as a “gateway for a chinese-style social credit system”, purpose-built for surveillance and population control.
