This week, Mary Holland, Children’s Health Defense (CHD) president, and Polly Tommey, CHD.TV programming manager, covered the latest headlines on COVID-19, Big Pharma and other issues, including news that a 43-year-old woman was diagnosed with transverse myelitis after being pressured by her employer to get the two-dose series of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. After researching the batch numbers, she learned both doses were associated with high numbers of injuries and deaths.

Polly and Mary also discussed that Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, Ph.D., made “misleading” and “unqualified” comments promoting the use of COVID-19 mRNA vaccines for young children during an interview on the BBC, a U.K. regulatory agency found.

Plus, in a recent tweet by the World Health Organization (WHO), COVID-19 Technical Lead Maria Van Kerkhove, Ph.D., said, “We want to end this [COVID-19] emergency in every country on the planet in 2023” if countries around the world “reassess their situation” by strengthening surveillance and “clinical care pathways” including antivirals, therapeutics and vaccination.

Also on tap this week: Under the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness, or PREP Act, it’s nearly impossible to get compensation for a COVID-19 vaccine injury because everyone from the vaccine maker to the vaccine administrator is immune from liability.

More of this week’s highlights:

  • Big Tech, Big Pharma and the U.S. security state are forming joint ventures focused on products and services that normalize and further the transhumanist agenda — if they aren’t able to convince the public that they’re really just providing “healthcare,” they’ll be able to blame any failures on artificial intelligence running the government. “We have to stand together,” said Polly.
  • California will end plans to mandate COVID-19 vaccines for schoolchildren when the state ends its COVID-19 state of emergency on Feb. 28, California Department of Public Health officials told EdSource. “We know that governments don’t like to give up their power so this remains to be seen,” said Mary.
  • The Solari Report’s Catherine Austin Fitts provided insight on financial regulation on “Tucker Carlson Tonight.” “Digital currency is not money, it’s credit and it doesn’t support liberty,” said Mary.
  • According to “experts” and their allies in the media, the recent rise in heart attacks must be due to anything but the COVID-19 vaccine. These so-called “experts” are working at “the speed of science” to come up with every excuse under the sun, other than the most obvious reason, for the rise in fatal heart conditions. Here are 30 of the most absurd excuses Corey’s Digs found. “This is very funny,” said Polly.
  • The Maine Board of Licensure in Medicine called two witnesses to testify in its third hearing on the suspension of Dr. Meryl Nass over her treatment of patients with COVID-19. Under cross-examination, the first witness was forced to walk back many of his claims. “This is a fantastic article,” said Mary.
  • In an appearance this past weekend on “The Kim Iversen Show,” Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and journalist Kim Iversen discussed resistance during the pandemic, strategies for rebuilding democracy and the power of fear — and of new technologies — to control dissent.
  • Merck’s oral antiviral pill for COVID-19, molnupiravir — marketed under the name Lagevrio — may be fueling the development of new and potentially deadly variants of COVID-19, according to the authors of a new preprint study. “These are both extremely dangerous,” said Mary.
  • The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has revised the Letters of Authorization for two antivirals with Emergency Use Authorization, Paxlovid and Lagevrio, to remove the requirement for positive test results to prescribe these products. “Sadly there will be more prescriptions given to these drugs,” said Mary.
  • Australia will become the first country worldwide to eliminate cervical cancer if it hits its 2035 target for HPV vaccination. “There is no evidence that the HPV vaccine prevents cervical cancer,” said Mary.
  • Sperm counts are declining worldwide — and at a rate more than double that since the turn of the century — according to one of the world’s leading environmental and reproductive epidemiologists, who says endocrine-disrupting chemicals are likely to blame. “You have to be so careful with plastic,” said Polly. “It’s everywhere.”
  • Proponents of smart meters say the devices promote energy conservation by providing detailed feedback to consumers about their habits, but critics say the technology can be harmful to health and it poses real privacy concerns.
  • Food & Water Watch has released an analysis of the U.S. dairy farming industry revealing how corporate consolidation and U.S. agriculture policy helped push small family farms out of business over the past two decades. “Knowledge is key, everyone,” said Polly.
  • Watch “Never Again Is Now Global” — a five-part docuseries by Holocaust survivor and human rights activist Vera Sharav.
