    W. Scott McCollough is the Principal at McCollough Law Firm, PC. Scott has 40 years of experience in telecommunications, Internet, utility regulation, privacy and free speech oriented and other litigation before federal and state courts and commissions. He has represented CHD’s EMR Team since 2020 as chief litigation counsel, advancing health, individual liberties and environmental issues.
