Cecelia (Cece) Doucette

Massachusetts for Safe Technology

Cecelia (Cece) Doucette spent eight years fundraising for wireless tech in her schools. Then she investigated the non-industry funded science and helped her children’s schools become the first in the nation to take precautionary measures with wireless radiation.

She also helped her public library become the first in the nation to loan a radiation detection meter and to host a documentary film and discussion series on Electromagnetic Radiation and Health.

Cece established Massachusetts for Safe Technology and educates schools, communities, municipalities and legislatures.

Cece co-chaired the technology panel for the Health in Buildings Roundtable Conference at the NIH and presented state and local policy at the EMF Medical Conference.
