Ray Flores has a reputation for being one of the most innovative attorneys in the health freedom movement. Most recently, his suits have resulted in the HHS re-establishing the Task Force on Safer Childhood Vaccines under VICP and the proposed COVID-19 Countermeasures Injury Table under CICP.
