Welcome to a Special CHD UpClose!

It’s April, and Children’s Health Defense is hosting a special educational event:

Monday, April 22, 2024
8:00 p.m. ET (5:00 p.m. PT)

AUTISM

The Battle For Truth and Justice

Join Mary Holland, Esq., CEO of Children’s Health Defense, CHD Senior Staff Attorney Rolf Hazlehurst, Esq., and CHD Chief Scientific Officer Brian Hooker, Ph.D. as they discuss the science that shows how vaccines cause autism, CHD’s role in Hazlehurst v. HHS, challenging government fraud about autism, and other ways that CHD is championing truth and justice to end the autism epidemic.

CHD UpClose events provide an opportunity to engage directly with some of the most influential individuals in the “truth in science” health freedom movement as they share insights on topics affecting our world today.

Although UpClose events are typically offered to CHD supporters who donate $1,000 or more annually, we are excited to welcome their friends and family to this month’s special event.

Join us to gain valuable evidence-based information about autism that you may not have heard before. We will also share the recording of this CHD UpClose with the public to educate, empower, inspire and encourage as many people as possible to join this battle for autism truth and justice.

Register below for FREE today for this special opportunity.

Meet the Speakers

Brian S. Hooker, Ph.D.
— Brian is CHD’s chief scientific officer. He is also professor emeritus and former Frances P. Owen Distinguished Professor of Biology at Simpson University in Redding, California, where he specializes in microbiology and biotechnology. Dr. Hooker has been active in vaccine safety since 2001 and has a 25-year-old son with autism. In 2013 and 2014, Dr. Hooker worked with the CDC whistleblower, Dr. William Thompson, to expose fraud and corruption within vaccine safety research in the CDC, which led to the release of over 10,000 pages of documents. He is co-author of the New York Times Bestseller “Vax-Unvax: Let the Science Speak” with Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Rolf Hazlehurst, Esq.
— Rolf is CHD’s senior staff attorney. Before joining CHD, he was an assistant district attorney general for the state of Tennessee. Rolf gained extensive jury trial experience as a criminal prosecutor for almost 15 years. Since 2003, Rolf has fought for the rights of vaccine-injured children. His son’s case, Hazlehurst v. HHS, was the second test case in the Omnibus Autism Proceeding (OAP) under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP). He intends to devote the remainder of his life to bringing the truth to light regarding the catastrophic injuries and injustices caused by the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986. In April 2024, Rolf filed a motion alleging fraud upon the courts by U.S. Department of Justice attorneys representing the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services in vaccine injury cases from the NVICP’s OAP to the U.S. Supreme Court. This motion could finally expose the government’s lies and cover-up of the vaccine-autism connection.

Mary Holland, Esq.
— Mary is CEO of Children’s Health Defense and has been involved in the vaccine choice and health freedom movement for over two decades. Before joining CHD’s staff in the fall of 2019, Holland directed the Graduate Lawyering Program at the NYU School of Law for 15 years and lectured at Columbia Law School on international human rights advocacy. She frequently testified in state legislatures across the country to retain or expand religious, medical and philosophical exemptions to vaccine mandates. Holland co-authored two books on vaccines, “Vaccine Epidemic: How Corporate Greed, Biased Science, and Coercive Government Threaten Our Human Rights, Our Health, and Our Children”’ and “The HPV Vaccine on Trial: Seeking Justice for a Generation Betrayed,” numerous articles about vaccine law and policy, and co-edited the book, “Turtles All the Way Down: Vaccine Science and Myth.”
