Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is the founder, chairman and chief litigation counsel on leave for Children’s Health Defense. He is the founder of Waterkeeper Alliance — the world’s largest clean water advocacy group — and served as its longtime chairman and attorney.

Kennedy’s reputation as a resolute defender of the environment and children’s health stems from a litany of hundreds of successful legal actions. He received recognition for his role on the trial team in the landmark victories against Monsanto in 2018, and against DuPont in 2019 in the contamination case that inspired the movie “Dark Waters” (2019).

Among Kennedy’s published books is the New York Times bestseller “Crimes Against Nature” (2005). His book, “The Real Anthony Fauci: Bill Gates, Big Pharma, and the Global War on Democracy and Public Health” (2021) sold more than 1 million copies and was on the New York Times Best Sellers List for 15 weeks.

Kennedy is a graduate of Harvard University and received his law degree from the University of Virginia Law School. Following graduation, he attended Pace University School of Law, which awarded him a Master’s Degree in Environmental Law. He served on the Pace Law School faculty from 1986 to 2018 and cofounded and supervised Pace’s Environmental Litigation Clinic.


Katherine Austin Fitts

Masayasu Inoue, M.D. was born in Hiroshima, Japan and graduated from Okayama University School of Medicine, Osaka University School of Medicine (Biochemistry & Vaccine Molecular Design), and Okayama University Graduate School (Molecular Pathology, Medical Expo). Wolfgang Wodarg, M.D. is a German physician and politician. He was a member of the Bundestag for the SPD from 1994 to 2009. As chair of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Health Committee Wodarg co-signed a proposed resolution on 18 December 2009, which was briefly discussed in January 2010 in an emergency debate and he has called for an inquiry into alleged undue influence exerted by pharmaceutical companies on the World Health Organization’s global H1N1 flu campaign.

Philipp Kruse

Philipp Kruse has been a Swiss attorney since 1997, with his own law firm in Zurich. He specialized in tax and business law for years when he started end of 2020 court proceedings against unconstitutional corona-mandates (over 25 cases).

Philipp submitted a comprehensive criminal complaint against SWISSMEDIC (Swiss medical safety agency) in mid-2022 and submitted an updated version 2.0 in February 2024.
