‘This Week’ With Mary + Polly: Taking Coercion to New Level, Ohio Judge Makes COVID Vaccine Condition of Probation

The following is a transcript of this video. Also see related article.

– Polly, great to be here.

– I’m alive on Children’s Health Defense, I’m alive here on Peeps TV on Facebook. Welcome to this week with Mary Holland, president of Children’s Health Defense and myself, Polly Tommey. We’ve a lot to talk about today, Mary. But let’s get going and we’re going to start talking about the Delta variant which has been pretty much headline news around the world at the moment. So I’m just gonna read a couple out and then we’ll have a chat about that. So CNN kicking off with the headline, “The Delta variant has now been detected “in all 50 states and Washington DC. “With the more transmissible variants spreading “this puts even more pressure “on local and state officials to vaccinate more people. “Dr. Anthony Fauci saying he is very, very concerned “about the stark disparity between places “with low and high vaccination rates. “This could lead to there soon being two Americas, “one where most people are vaccinated “and another where low vaccination rates could lead “to case spikes. “CDC say, we must vaccinate.” And here we go. “The 18 to 24 year olds, “because the proportion of young people “hospitalized is increasing.” Is it Mary? Maybe with vaccine injury?

– I think overall, the rates are dropping Polly. If there’s been an increase in the rate in that age population, I’m not aware that it’s been huge. I’m not aware of that, but certainly this is the drum beat, right, which we expected. This is the drum beat to get people to continue vaccinating and, you know, the danger in the fall. But as you pointed out, I think what’s really divisive here is they’re saying explicitly, this is dividing the country into two countries. And they’re specifically saying that the new cases of the Delta variant, I don’t know if, I don’t think this is truthful, but they’re saying that they’re in the unvaccinated and that all of the cases of the Delta variant are entirely avoidable, and that people who are not vaccinated must continue to wear masks, they can’t go inside to restaurant, they should be shunned because they are not, they are the breeding ground for the Delta variant and the new variant. That’s a very, very important part of the narrative. It’s scapegoating the people who haven’t been vaccinated.

– And this is not new to us in our world. We saw it with the measles and I don’t know what else, but we knew this was coming.

– Yeah.

– Okay, so staying on the same subject, CNBC, “1,000 counties in the U.S. have COVID vaccination coverage “of less than 30% says the CDC. “The counties in question are mostly located “in the Southeast and Midwest and are most vulnerable “to COVID infection according to CDC director, “Dr. Rochelle Walensky. “Increasing rates of disease is being seen “due to the more transmissible Delta variant, she said. “The Delta variant makes up at about 25% of sequenced “new cases in the U.S., and officials say “that they expect it to become the dominant strain “in the country, eclipsing the alpha variant.” Now Dr. Anthony Fauci piping in again, and says, “A study in ‘The Lancet’ showed MRNA vaccines “had about 80% effectiveness against confirmed “Delta variants infection.” But Johnson, Johnson are not having any of that.

– So, what I find really interesting about that Polly is a 1,000 counties have under 30% uptake in adults. So I thought how many counties are there, I really didn’t know? It’s just over 3,000. So that’s 1/3 of the counties in the United States have under 30% uptake despite this full court press by the government and by the media. That to us, Polly, is extremely good news. People are resisting. They’re still selling the story and they’re trying to raise new dangers and fears, but people aren’t having it.

– And with every media article, the first one we did you can see at the end, you can see where they’re targeting, they’re targeting the young. The second one I just read out. Now they’re targeting ’cause they really want everyone to have an MRNA vaccine. You know, they’re saying, we’ll get onto that later on in the show–

– All of the emphasis, right now, Polly, worldwide, let’s not forget this is all worldwide policies. There’s very little variation between them. You know I was just in Europe, it was astonishing how identical the government narratives are and all the emphasis now is on the young people, 18 to 25, but also, you know, 11 and up, 12 and up, and getting those people to get vaccinated. That’s where the drive is right now. And for, you know, allegedly that they’re at great risks, which we know isn’t true, and allegedly that those people are gonna contribute to herd immunity. You know, that’s also pretty facetious. But that’s where the emphasis is, get those young people vaccinated.

– I’m sticking with the Delta variant, over to the “Daily Mail,” “Johnson Johnson claims it’s one-shot vaccine “is highly effective against the Indian Delta variant “for at least eight months. “The American drug giant Johnson & Johnson “took blood samples from eight,” just eight, “vaccinated volunteers and exposed it “to the Indian Delta variant and then tested it “for antibody levels.” And heads up Britain, peeps over there, Britain has ordered 20 million doses of this. And I would just like to say to someone observing Johnson & Johnson here in America, I really highly recommend that no Brit takes that shot.

– Yeah.

– Just saying.

– Yeah. I mean, clearly, you know, eight months of effectiveness. So all of these vaccine manufacturers are now, not only angling towards getting the young adult market, but they’re also angling for the boosters, right. “Oh, well, it’ll be good for eight months. “It’ll be good for a year, “but then of course we’re to need boosters.” So that’s already a part of building into this narrative that this pandemic’s not gonna end. You’re not gonna get to take your mask off. You’re not gonna be free of vaccines going forward. This is the new paradigm.

– And that’s correct because here over in America and the “New York Times,” sticking with Delta, “LA county recommends everyone, even if vaccinated “wear masks indoors because of the Delta variant concerns. “World Health Organization officials urge “fully vaccinated people to continue wearing masks “out of concern about the global spread “of Delta variant. “And this is also New York city and Los Angeles county. “They appear to now be taking different approaches. “And two weeks ago, virtually all restrictions were lifted, “now, LA County strongly recommending “that everyone wear mask indoors “regardless of vaccination status.” Think about that for a second. They were told it if they vaccinated that’d be free.

– Right. So yeah, we were told that it was gonna be two weeks, too, Polly. I think partly this serves this purpose of keeping people very unsettled, “I don’t know what to do. “What’s the next thing I’m supposed to do? “Maybe I should take more and more “and do more and more precautions.” So it’s keeping people very unsettled. It’s keeping people in a state of fear that may serve larger purposes.

– Right, let’s go over to Children’s Health Defense, “The Defender,” I hope you all signed up to that, breaking news every day now you will get an email from Children’s Health Defense, “The Defender.” it’s free. So the headline there, “CDC experts disagree with Pfizer on COVID boosters, “threatening pharma giant’s billion dollar revenue stream. “The CDC Advisory Committee said there isn’t enough evidence “to recommend booster shots as Pfizer reassures investors, “boosters will be needed long after the pandemic, “it ends in an effort to secure “its multi-billion dollar revenue stream. “The booster shots for COVID are expected to serve as a key “revenue driver in the years to come “for Pfizer and Moderna.” That’s basically, that alone should really wake people up. Most people think there’s no money to be made and these wonderful pharmaceutical companies are just doing it to save our lives. Billions of dollars.

– So let’s be clear that that Albert Bourla, the CEO of Pfizer, you know, is talking about money-making he’s not talking about health. They’ve made $26 billion this year on the COVID vaccine, which is the second highest grossing pharmaceutical product ever, ever. I think, you know, I listened in on that same CDC Advisory Committee meeting that Megan Redshaw listened in on, and I wouldn’t say that the CDC’s pushback was harsh towards Pfizer. And in my view, Polly, as somebody said this weekend at this, you know, symposium I was at, the capture of us regulatory agencies is complete. The CDC does not sit over Pfizer in the real world. Pfizer sits over the CDC in the real world. So, you know, it’s interesting that the CDC pushed back at this juncture to say, “Oh, we’re not talking about boosters yet.” I certainly wouldn’t assume that that means that the CDC is not gonna approve Pfizer boosters. I think that would be premature.

– And onto “U.S. News” about booster shots the headline there, “Reports of some getting “the Pfizer, Madonna boosters after the Johnson & Johnson “vaccine prompts calls for more guidance. “With the Delta variants,” here we go again, “poised to become the dominant strain “in the U.S., some Johnson & Johnson recipients “are taking on additional shots from Pfizer or Moderna “in the hopes of boosting their protection. “One woman took on additional shot of Pfizer and said, “‘I do feel safer knowing that I have it “‘going through my body now, “‘and hopefully building up more immunity.’ “Also a handful of respected infectious disease experts “have also taken the Pfizer or Madonna “booster shots plunge too. “One biologists who did this said, “‘We shouldn’t wait to make recommendations about this.’ “‘And just remind everyone there is no authorization “‘from the FDA to mix doses whatsoever.'”

– Neither the FDA or the CDC have called for mix and match. But, Polly, we’ve covered this story before, and it’s being seeded in the media, this idea that, “Oh, you know, you can mix and match “these different products against COVID.” I mean, to me, that is an experiment on top of an experiment, literally. All of these products are still experimental, and now they’re telling people defacto, “Oh, it’s okay to mix and match between them “because of your great fear of the Delta variant.” It’s quite astonishing. It’s just astonishing.

– A little comments from Fauci earlier on saying, you know, “Everyone needs an MRNA.” So it’s a little bit odd. We’ll keep eyes on it. Let’s move on to the military because this has been big this week.

– Yeah.

– A lot of people been contacting us here about their thoughts on it, and people are afraid, and a lot of them are not. So let’s just read through these three articles and then let’s talk about it. So the first one coming up from “Reuters,” “Heart inflammation after COVID-19 shots “higher than expected in study of U.S Military. “Members of the U.S. Military who were vaccinated “against COVID-19 showed higher than expected rates “of heart inflammation. “The study found 23 previously healthy males, “average age 25 complained of chest pains “within four days of COVID shots. “All the patients at the time of the study’s publication “where we’re covering from myocarditis. “All had received either Pfizer or Madonna shots. “A warning by the U.S. health regulator has been added “to the literature in the MRNA vaccines, “but they do state that it’s very important to know, “of course, that the benefits of the shots “outweigh the risk.” Then the “Army Times” comes out a few days ago saying, “Prepare for mandatory COVID vaccines in September, “the Army tells the commands.” “Pending,” this is important, “pending full FDA licensure “the army directs commands to prepare to administer “mandatory COVID-19 vaccines. “The directive came from an executive order “sent to the force. “The Navy also recently told sailors to expect a mandatory vaccination program.” And yesterday in the “Epoch Times,” following this article, it’s the headline is, “Military members say, they’ll quit “if the army mandates COVID-19 vaccines.” Congressman Thomas Massie said he was informed by some members of the U.S. Military that they would quit “if the COVID-19 vaccine is mandated.” He also wrote on Twitter, “I introduced HR 3860 to prohibit any mandatory “vaccine requirements that any member of the Armed Forces “receives the vaccine shot. “It has 24 sponsors already.” We also have had many reporting since that they will also quit. And again, Mary, you and I talking about why on Earth would they want to take, you know, my mind some of the most precious men and women in the world, the fittest, the ones that are defending us in this country. No matter what anybody thinks everybody needs, every country needs defense. And to take them and with an experimental vaccine jab is beyond understanding in my mind, and we have seen injuries.

– Well, a couple of a couple points Polly. So one of the articles that you mentioned that was in “Reuters” says that there would have been an expected rate of myocarditis in that age group, in the military, out of the pool that were vaccinated. They say that 70% of people in the military are vaccinated. I don’t know if that’s accurate, but that’s what they’re saying. They would have expected eight cases of myocarditis, they had 23 cases of myocarditis. That’s telling us that their information that their predictions are off by 300%. That’s a big deal, right. So they should be understanding from this, that they really don’t know what the impact in terms of myocarditis, but of other health concerns from these are. Sadly, Polly, there is a history in the U.S. of using military personnel for experimental products, and the most recent one was the anthrax vaccine. And so that actually led to litigation where the military soldiers got a decision from a federal court saying that the military, the Department of Defense could not mandate the emergency use authorization anthrax vaccine. And it was only after the anthrax vaccine was licensed that there were mandates for very selective personnel. Since it’s interesting also that they’re telling us that by September 1, the military anticipates that these vaccines, at least some of them, will be approved, licensed and recommended. So what we know, I think, based on these stories is that in July or August, some of these MRNA vaccines are likely to be licensed. I think that it’s crucial that this information about the unknown risks and the known risks get to the Joint Chiefs of Staff. I can’t, but imagine, Polly, that there are medical personnel in the military who understand how serious these risks are. And I can only hope that they will look at the facts and reconsider. I mean, 70% of the military is already vaccinated, Polly, even those who, you know, cry all about herd immunity. I mean, 70% is in the ballpark of what you’d want to prevent sort of transmission on a broad scale. They may turn back Polly. We can hope and pray that cooler minds prevail.

– Yeah. Do we have any sort of insight on this FDA, proper approval of the Moderna and Pfizer–

– What we glean, Polly, so, you know, I listened to the last FDA Virbac meeting and I listened to the last CDC ACIP meeting on June 23rd, and it’s very clear that they’re going full speed ahead. And I considered putting in our news for today, there was an op-ed in the “New York Times,” which is kind of the mouthpiece for the, you know, sort of official news, and they, it’s a drum beat that says “You must license these right away. “These should be licensed ASAP.” And remember that Albert Bourla, the CEO of Pfizer had told the world that he expected licensure before the end of the second quarter, so by June 30th. So I expect, and they’ve been, they have what they call biologics license applications in place, both Moderna and Pfizer. They’ve been submitting information to the FDA to assure their licensures. So I think it’s likely that we will see licensure in July, frankly, because I think they want to, the powers that be want to ensure the legality of all of these college mandates, and they want to be in a position, presumably, to have the armed forces be vaccinated. I mean, my advice to people, Polly, is, you know, if you think this is the best thing for your health, I can’t stop you, you know, do your research, but that’s your choice. I do believe in choice. I also think these products should be off the market, but I do believe in choice. But if you think that this has known and unknown hazards to your health, I think you have to transfer out of the college, I think you have to ask for a religious exemption, there are religious and medical exemptions in the military as elsewhere, you can try that option so that you can preserve your status and your job. But otherwise, Polly, the reality is people are gonna have to be ready to leave their jobs and leave their schools. We’re gonna be creating a list in the college context of coercion colleges and freedom colleges, right, and online courses and things that people can do. It’s a very harsh reality that we’re in, Polly, but one’s life is worth a lot more than any job, than any diploma then, you know, then any of that. And I just urge people to really think really long and hard about this. I know it’s very tempting to say, “Oh, well, I don’t have a choice, “I have to do this for my job.” No, everybody at this stage still has a choice. It may be a very, very hard choice for people and their families, but people do have choices. And our experience tells us, Polly, that it’s very important for people who are hesitant to act on that. Don’t override your hesitancy.

– No, you have to stand firm. And you’re right it is hard, and we’re going to talk about someone–

– Very, it’s very hard.

– It’s very important, that we stand together as a union, really, don’t we, a team. Right, let’s talk about the teachers at the moment. Let’s start with “Fox News.” “America’s largest teacher’s union is to vote on mandatory “COVID-19 vaccines, masks and testing for students. “The National Education Association is voting on this “before classes return in the fall. “The action item calls for; mandatory “safe and effective COVID-19 vaccines, “and testing for all students and staff “before returning to face-to-face “instruction in the fall.” My question is why on Earth, when did we make teachers, doctors? Why are teachers making these decisions, for their safety? I don’t know what?

– Well, I’ll tell you what’s exciting though, Polly, this can go in our good news section, I’m in touch with New York City Teachers for Choice and at the preliminary meeting on vaccines, the National Education Association voted down mandates for vaccines. So that’s very good news that this body that I think has been very favorably disposed towards mandates is now turning against them, having a better appreciation of the risk. But let’s come back to that next week, I’ll see if I can’t get us more information about what is happening. The teacher’s union, Polly, you know, in a political world, the teacher’s union is very influential to the administration.

– And just while we’re staying on teachers and you will see this, tomorrow, or depending on how much work “The Defender” have got, this show will be with every single link that we talk about, and every video we talk about will be linked into it, so eyes on “The Defender” for the links to what we’re talking about. But we were sent from a viewer, a teacher secretly recorded, I mean, I was very disturbed by this, secretly recorded pressurizing kids to get vaccinated saying, “We’re not very good Americans,” we weren’t on masks. This teacher repeatedly tried to persuade his class to get the vaccine. Now the teacher does face corrective action, but the eighth grade science teacher said, “We’re not very good Americans when it comes to masks.” And went on to dismiss concerns over the likely link between two vaccines and heart inflammation in kids. And he told the children, “Try to be more scientific “and don’t base your decisions on opinions.” And if you go on listening to it, the kids are joining in, they’re listening to him.

– So it’s so tragic to hear people exhort anybody else to take the vaccine and then to do it in the name of science, because science does not support what’s happening. But what’s interesting, Polly, is in New York state, for instance, and in other places, there’s actually been the State Health Department and Education Department have been encouraging teachers to encourage their students to get the vaccine. I actually was in touch with one teacher in New York City who simply talked about the fact that a former student of his in middle school had been injured. And he was called on the carpet for talking to his students about that. So, you know, the bias in the education, in public education at least, is dramatic.

– Okay, well look forward to next week, maybe having an update on the teacher’s union. We’re gonna go into the “New York Times” now and this is, again, touching on some of the hardships ahead, a headline here, “Supreme court rejects request to lift “federal ban on evictions.” “The Supreme Court refused to lift “a moratorium on evictions “that had been imposed by the CDC in response “to the coronavirus pandemic.” The court gave no reason for its ruling, but I’d like you to talk about that, please, Mary.

– I think this is really important, Polly. So back when the pandemic started, Congress put in place a moratorium on rents, people who couldn’t pay their rent were given sort of a carte blanche not to pay the rent, and that was through last July, 2020. At that point, the Centers for Disease Control, an organization dealing with infectious disease, on their own account, they extended the moratorium, not Congress, the CDC. So a group of realtors and building owners sued on an emergency petition to the Supreme, well, first to the Federal Court in Washington D.C. and then the D.C. Circuit, and then the Supreme Court all on a, sort of, an emergency basis saying, “CDC has exceeded its powers.” So the court in a very narrow decision, five to four said, “We’re not gonna take this up.” And the rationale they gave no reasoning, which they can do for an emergency petition, but Justice Kavanaugh, wrote what’s called a concurrence, and he explained that he thinks that the CDC has exceeded its powers, but that the moratorium expires at the end of July. So he, wasn’t gonna, sort of, take action, allowing the CDC to have a more orderly transition from this moratorium to reimposing people’s obligation to pay rent. So in the United States, it turns out that there are millions, there are 30 to 40 million renters. There are 10 to 11 million landlords who are at this point, they’ve lost $200 billion. My understanding is that there’s about 8 million people that are likely to be evicted once this moratorium is lifted because they won’t be able to pay the back rent, and they won’t be able to pay the rent going forward. So I think this is gonna be very serious, Polly. I think in terms of urban centers, which is where most renters are, I think we’re going to see more homeless people. I think we’re going to see more crises for housing. I think that’s inevitable because you basically stopped the system for 18 months and people don’t pay rent. I mean, how are the people who’ve lost their jobs gonna be able to pay back rent. And they’ve set up some sort of very small programs to help people. But I know the program in New York City is not very effective. So I’m just bracing myself for what this is gonna mean.

– Troubling times ahead, indeed. And I dunno, got to pray big on that people. Okay, so now I just wanna read you a couple of articles. I’m gonna start with this very sad story of a 45-year-old, “John Hopkins Hospital employee. “She dies after reaction to the mandatory COVID shot. “Robin Spring Saunders was a certified medic “and was looking forward to working with autistic children “at the hospital. “Part of the hiring process for Robin “included a mandatory COVID shot. “Robin announced on social media that she’d received “her first dose on June the 21st, 2021. “She also mentioned that a job had required it. “Her mother then requested prayers for Robin online, “not long after, as Robin was on the ventilator in ICU. “Unfortunately, due to heart issues and brain swelling “from the reaction Robin passed away “on June the 27th, 2021, six days after this first shot.” Do you wanna talk about–

– Tragic, I mean, it’s just tragic, Polly, a 45-year-old healthy woman was just, you know, way, way, way under 1% likely to die from COVID. That woman didn’t wanna take the vaccine, she wanted to work with children on the autism spectrum at the hospital. You know, we desperately need loving, caring, people who wanna work with all of the children on the spectrum, and so it’s just this double tragedy. It’s a tragedy for her, and she had two children, Polly, it’s a tragedy for her family, and it’s a tragedy for the hospital that they don’t have that kind of motivated person who would actually go to the length of taking a vaccine she didn’t want so that she could do her work, she could fulfill her calling. So it’s just such a tragic story and I sincerely hope that Hopkins looks at this. But as we know, Johns Hopkins School of Public Health and Hopkins University is right there at the epicenter of the whole COVID paradigm.

– And again, from history with these other vaccines, and then going onto the shots, we say this over and over again, you know, you say, “I need this shot to do the job. “I need this send my kids to college. “I need this,” look at Colton Barrett, he needs it to protect his future wife. When you’re dead, you’re never going to be able to experience these things. It is not worth it.

– Not worth it. It’s not worth it. And we can look at her story and say for her, it’s an absolute certainty the vaccine was not worth it.

– Right, well, then that then leads onto Children’s Health Defense, “Defender,” now every week, every week, they put out the latest CDC VAERS data. So really keep your eye on that, because it’s absolutely incredible how this is growing. And so that this week or last week, it showed reported injuries surpassed 400,000 following COVID vaccines. So this includes 6,985 deaths between December 14th, 2020, and June the 25th, 2021. VAERS primary government funded system for reporting adverse vaccine reactions in America. Every Friday, VAERS makes public all vaccine injury reports. And again, there in the Children’s Health Defense, “The Defender.” They data for 12 to 17 year olds, 12,674 adverse events for 12 to 17 year olds. We’ve only really just started doing this and that’s already what they’re reporting. 720 are rated as serious, and 13 reported deaths. We know there’s more but 13, this is 12 to 17 year olds, these are our babies of the future. So why on Earth that’s not enough to shut this whole thing down, I do not know.

– You know, it’s interesting, over the weekend, I was with many activists at this Freedom Symposium, and I see the organizer, Diane Soucy is here in the chat and it was a wonderful event and one of the people who works in the, sort of, the inner circle of the vaccine world said that a physician in the, sort of, you know, the government’s vaccine program had called VAERS the cry wolf system. In other words, people in power, they love to hate the VAERS ’cause VAERS is not accurate. The reality is, the U.S. government has 10 other tracking systems that are infinitely superior. The Vaccine Safety Data Link, the v-safe, the Veterans Administration. They could give us real information. They could make real information available. Polly clearly there are motivations at play that have nothing to do with COVID. I don’t think any normal person cannot see that this goes way beyond any kind of infectious disease. And that must be part of the rationale for continuing this program. Because, strictly on the science, it’s clearly a loser, and CHD, as of the middle of May, has called for taking these products off the market. These are not safe for human use. They’re not.

– No, and how many is it gonna take? How many, how many deaths–

– I don’t think, Polly, I don’t there’s a number. I really don’t. I mean, we’re close to 7,000 deaths, reported deaths in VAERS after six months. So if we project that out to a year, it’s 14,000 deaths, I don’t think there’s a number that’s gonna make them turn around. I’ve listened to the recent FDA and CDC meetings where they talk about myocarditis. They don’t care, Polly. I think we do have to beat into our heads ’cause it’s very hard for us to appreciate that people who run these programs, who are physicians could really not care. But it is very clear when you watch them, they don’t care. Their client is the vaccine program and their job is to keep the program going, and they’re really quite clear about that when you listen to their five-hour meetings, they don’t care about individual children who die. For the most part, there are the occasional exceptions, but it’s the rare one.

– Yeah, right. So following that, Children’s Health Defense “Defender,” again, headline, “Injured by a COVID vaccine? “Do you want financial compensation for that? “Too bad, says injury compensation, law firm. “A prominent law firm, “which has litigated more vaccine related injury “claims in the past five years “than any other law firm in the U.S., “they say there is nothing our attorneys can do “to significantly assist you. “It’s because the National Vaccine Injury Compensation “Program known as NVICP, “also known as Vaccine Court does not currently handle “COVID vaccine injury claims. “To date NVICP has awarded 4 billion to 1,000s of people “for vaccine injuries for the,” not for the COVID, for before. So this is, again, waking people up. They had no idea.

– This is crucial Polly, and I think it’s interesting, I’ve recently been talking with people who got vaccinated, but when they understand that there is no compensation, if you get injured, you have to submit a piece of paper to this Health and Human Services Countermeasures Program, they have a history of compensating under 8% of cases. They will not pay for your lawyers fees. You will not have the opportunity to have a hearing. It’s infinitely worse even than so-called Vaccine Court. So what these law firms won’t take on those cases because they won’t be paid, and there’s very little to do. So what that law firm and others are trying to do is to try to get COVID, once the COVID shots are licensed, they are hopeful, and I think probably realistically, that those injuries then will come over to Vaccine Court, to NVIICP, and then those lawyers will actually be paid for their work on this. But right now there are people setting up GoFundMe’s, some of the people, there’s a young girl, Maddie de Garay has been on several “Fox News” and other shows. I mean, you know, these are hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical treatment costs. There are people who’ve paid millions of dollars because their injuries are so severe. There’s no government compensation for that, none, for these people who voluntarily went and got the vaccine. I mean, it’s cruel. It’s truly cruel. They induce you to take it. You’re injured and they don’t wanna know you, basically. They don’t wanna know you. And they’ll basically say, “Oh, well, there must’ve been some underlying condition.” I mean, you and I know this story Polly.

– I’ve been living with it.

– It’s never the vaccine, it’s you, you just had bad genes–

– Bad breast milk, bad everything.

– Bad everything.

– Anything but the vaccine.

– Okay, let’s go onto the extraordinary story, Mary, from “LifeSiteNews.” And by the way, I’m really enjoying “LifeSiteNews,” they’re doing really good work at the moment. “Ohio judge makes COVID-19 vaccination “a condition of probation. “A Franklin County judge has has begun requiring “some defendants to take COVID-19 vaccines “as a condition of their probation, “saying, ‘he just wants them to be safe in the community.'” No matter what crime they committed, that doesn’t matter, you will be safe in the community if you have the shot. And then Mary Holland, president “of Children’s Health Defense, told “LifeSiteNews” “that the judge’s decision to require COVID-19 vaccination “was jaw-dropping.” And you also, you go on to say, “I would argue that is illegal.” So can you take it from there? It is extraordinary.

– Well, so this is taking the sort of the coercion and inducement to a new level, Polly. This is the first time I’ve seen it being used in the criminal justice system. So this judge, Judge Frye in Ohio offered the defendant, a criminal defendant, he admitted he had committed a crime, I think it was drugs and gun possession, this judge said to this defendant, “You will get the maximum term in prison, five years, “or if you take the vaccine, “you will get one year probation.” I mean , that’s incredible. And this criminal defendant said, “I can’t believe this, “what right does this judge have to interfere “with my health? “I don’t wanna take the vaccine.” But what person is gonna choose to go to jail for five years versus take probation for one year? And so I say in that article, “I hope this young man gets “a really good criminal defense lawyer.” This is just way beyond the pale, in particular, Polly, because these products are still emergency use authorization, only. The federal law says you must have the right to accept or refuse these. And it doesn’t matter if you’re a criminal defendant, the federal law says these are experimental you have the right to refuse, full stop.

– And there’s a video that goes with this, and you can see the young man talking–

– And he’s very articulate.

– Isn’t he.

– And then he goes, he just says, “You know, I don’t trust this.” And you’re right not to trust it because it’s unbelievable, five years in prison or take the shot, one your probation.

– And Polly, the worst of it is, is I actually believe that judge believes that he’s doing something good, I really do. I believe that that judge feels like he wants to have these criminal defendants be reintegrated in society, they’re gonna need to get a job, they’re gonna need to live in some housing situation. And so he believes that they need to be vaccinated to do that . So it’s just this, you know, it’s insane. But I hope that that defendant will get a lawyer to challenge this–

– So would I.

– Because that’s winnable.

– Well, let’s go around the world a bit. Let’s go to Britain, England. This was sent in by a viewer. The headline, unbelievable, “Mums do not know best. “British kids could get the COVID vaccine “even if their parents don’t want them to.” That headline, “Mums don’t know best,” very British. “Experts say, youngsters may be able to give consent “as long as they are fully informed,” exactly, “and deemed mature enough to make their own decisions,” Mary, they are kids. They are children.

– Polly, this is what I want people to understand about this is, this is a global policy. There is a global effort by governments now to say, “Oh yeah, it used to be that there had to be “parental consent, but not anymore.” Now, if they’re mature minors, in the U.K., they call it Gillick consent. Now, you know, if they seem halfway intelligent and we tell them the vaccine is really good for you, and the kid says, “Okay, yeah, shoot me up.” That’s good enough. I mean, this is lawlessness Polly. Around the world children under 18 have to have parental consent, but this is being essentially pushed aside through executive orders, through city ordinances, and this is something that’s on our radar and I hope to have good news to talk about on this front next week.

– Good, but this one professor said, “Parents will get more confident, “parents in England will get more confidence “as other countries like America are vaccinating theirs.” I mean, and, of course, it won’t report to VAERS, they won’t report the deaths that we’ve just seen.

– No, I mean, you know, as we probably will get to, you know, we just watched for this week, Polly, Dr. Fauci in two TikTok videos, you know, and he basically assures kids, “Oh yeah, you’ll get a sore arm.” I mean, no, there’s 7,000 reported deaths and 400,000 reported injuries. That’s a lie to say the only thing that’s gonna happen is like, you’re tired and you have a sore arm. That’s just a lie.

– It is a lie. And we’ll talk about that again. Okay, staying in England. So the headline again from “Daily Mail” and “The Sun,” various others, so this is where they’re going with all of this. “All kids should be vaccinated before Britain unlocks, “says Sage doomster,” even the papers are calling them, the media’s calling theme doomsters, “calls to delay the Freedom Day of July 19th.” Freedom Day, yeah, it’s supposed to be when, poor England is still locked down to different degrees, they are still not fee like we are, it’s horrific. So scientists have clashed over plans for this and coming weeks. The chief medical officer for England, Professor Chris Whitty says the date is the right time to end restrictions, but Professor John Edmund says, “We must delay to make sure school kids “have been offered the vaccination.” He says, “Then children can move on “and we can put this epidemic behind us.” So a bit of good cop, bad cop going on there between two bad cops.

– Yeah, good copy, bad cop, and, again, using the coercion they’ve used all along. “Oh, you can get rid of the restrictions “when you get your vaccine. “So, you know, we’ll let you all free “when you vaccinate your children.” And it’s sort of using this myth of herd immunity. “Oh, we have to have the kids be vaccinated “if we’re gonna protect ourselves.” But you know, we know there’s now starting to be not only the Delta variant, but we’re already talking about the Lambda variant. I mean, these variants aren’t gonna go away.

– Yeah, and that’s next from the new variant alert for anyone, “Fears over their Lambda, Lambda COVID variant that hits the U.K.”, always hits U.K. first. What’s going on?

– Yeah, yeah, you UK-ers, what can I say?

– “Global health officials are warning “this unusual mutation in this variant shares a similar “genetic mutation as the Delta strain. “This variant is now considered “as the seventh variant of interest, by the World Health Organization.

– I just go back to what Dr. Yeadon, you know, who’s studied this and who worked at Pfizer for 17 years says is, you know, these variants are under 1% different. Any vaccine that’s worth its salt would protect against it. If you have natural immunity, it’s gonna protect you against it. This is hype, this is not accurate information.

– Let’s zoom over to France for some very odd information headline in “The Times,” “France looks at enforcing jabs to defeat the virus. “The prime minister of France has asked MPs, “members of parliament and state authorities “to propose ways of extending mandatory vaccinations “to all adults after imposing it on healthcare workers. “Almost 20% of French adults are refusing vaccinations “and up to 26% for the 18 to 24 year olds. “The head of high council on health for France said, “‘We are sorry to make vaccination and obligation.'” “She suggests 12-year-olds as the starting age for this. “However, the health minister says, “‘We will not force the French to be vaccinated.'” So there’s a bit of a–

– Good cop, bad cop, right, this is sort of, again, seeding this story of a compulsory universal mandate for adults and France. France tends to be quite much more vaccine hesitant than many other countries. Right now that article says that only 34% of French citizens, French adults are fully vaccinated. Just coming back from Europe and having met with several people from France, they described to me an extremely tense situation in France. So the notion that they would try to impose a universal mandate, I mean, that would be the beginning of real discontent, Polly. So this is a very interesting one to watch. And then you even have to wonder, given that it’s clear that that would cause so much pushback, what’s the end game here? You know, why would they take that? Why would a government impose something that is so, that they know is going to be so wildly unpopular?

– And you do not wanna mess with the French–

– No, you do not. You do not.

– French people. Let’s go to Germany now. “Germany recommend combination “of AstraZeneca and MRNA COVID vaccines. “If you got the AstraZeneca as your first shot, “then you can get the MRNA as your second. “The aim is to increase the speed and effectiveness “of vaccinations as the more contagious “Delta variance spreads. “In a statement, the committee said “that according to current study results, “the immune response from a mixture of AstraZeneca “with an MRNA vaccine was significantly superior “to that from two doses of AstraZeneca.”

– This what we said before, this is an experiment on an experiment. I mean, you know, there’s no scientific basis for that. And it’s frightening to me. I mean, we just have no idea what that’s gonna do to people long-term, none.

– Headlines like this, from “Daily Mail” or “Times” or whatever. People just believe that even more than their doctors, Mary, they believe whatever, if it’s in “The Times” or it’s in the “Daily Mail,” it must be true. Anyway. So “Reuters.” “Ireland limits indoor hospitality “to vaccinated over Delta fears.” I feel sorry for Ireland, Mary, they’ve been really rough time of these lockdowns, “Ireland will restrict indoor drinking and eating “in bars and restaurants to those fully vaccinated “against COVID-19 due to concerns. “Other countries introducing this or Austria, Denmark, “Israel, and Moscow.” Well, Moscow’s bought in similar restrictions. “Bar, restaurants and cafes have been closed in Ireland “for much of the past 16 months.” And, you know, Ireland loves it’s bars and restaurants.

– Oh, absolutely.

– “The health minister is saying, “A QR code readable by smartphone might be used “for vaccine verification.” Horrific stuff going on in Ireland.

– But Polly what’s so interesting in that article. So yeah, the health minister or actually the prime minister is saying, it’s the least bad option, but 41% of Irish adults are vaccinated. After 16 months of coercion, they have under half of the people who’ve consented. So, you know, these efforts are really running into a lot of trouble. People are not taking this up and they have to understand that if they apply more pressure, there’s going to be more pushback. So it’s interesting. It’s interesting 41% in Ireland have consented so far, with all of these efforts.

– All the things that we’re reading out, and I’m just about to get to another one that they promised you, if you took your two shots, you would be free. Well, listen to this, let’s go to Australia now. “Devastated Australian daughter is forced to say goodbye “to her beloved dad on FaceTime, “despite being fully vaccinated and testing negative “to COVID twice. “Jillian Hannah who lived in Wisconsin “immediately returned to Australia after hearing the news, “her father’s lungs are shutting down.” “She’s fully vaccinated and tested negative “to COVID-19 twice since arriving in Australia. “Her application for compassionate exemption to travel “from Sydney to Melbourne to see her dad was denied. “She did manage to FaceTime “and a few hours later her father passed away.” But the health department said, “These are measures that are in place “for the protection of the community.” Does it make sense, any of this? Any of it?

– I mean, she called it appropriately, Polly, inhumane and beyond heartbreaking. Not only was she fully vaccinated, but she had gotten two negative COVID shots. And they said, ‘Oh, well, we’ll let you avoid “the quarantine if you can fly in a private jet “and that’ll only cost you $10,000. And she’s like, “I don’t have, “I just spent $8,000 to get here to Australia “and now you’re quarantining me “and not allowing me to see my father who’s dying.” I mean, it is, it’s just inhumane, it’s insane. It’s just insane. And as you say, you know, basically she did what she was told. She got vaccinated. She took the test and then she’s still not able to go. So again, this should be making people think, “Wow, so maybe this really, what’s behind all of this? “This is clearly not just about infectious disease control.”

– Quite right then. Right, we’re gonna zip over to Malta very quickly, Malta’s saying, “Children aged 12 to 16 “must be fully vaccinated in order to holiday,” which is go on vacation, “on the island.” “Malta also says as from June the 30th “only fully vaccinated persons can travel there “from the U.K., “Children, age five to 11 can travel “with fully vaccinated parents “provided they have a negative PCR test.” The reason I think this is important as well, because if it’s happening there it could be happening anywhere. It’s important, you have to be fully vaccinated, your kids have those things stuck up their nose.

– No.

– No, and I gather that there’s a big business from the U.K. to Malta, so this is gonna further destroy the middle class, right, it’s working on the tourism industry. So this is, you know, demolishing the economy of Malta.

– Right, Slovakia. “Slovaks to start lottery,” they’re doing the same things as we’ve been doing over here, “offer bonuses to boost COVID-19 vaccinations.” “Slovakia’s a country of any 5.5 million “and has fully vaccinated 28.7% of the population. “The data shows that the declining number of people “are waiting for a first shot, “as well as the decline in daily vaccination. “Each Slovak who convinces another to get the shot “will receive between 30 and 90 euros “when the person is fully vaccinated.” Again, so for some people who have got no money, it’s a slippery slope into doom, but they’re panicking over there. People are waking up, they don’t wanna do it.

– Right, people are waking up.

– We’ve got to talk about this, Mary. We’ve got to get to Russia.

– We can.

– I mean this headline, ’cause you know me, this headline just, I was like, what? Okay, so here we go. “Refusing to be vaccinated against COVID-19 is a sin and anti-vaxxers must spend their life “repenting says Russian Orthodox Church. “He was speaking to the TV Channel, Russia 24, “the head of Russia’s Orthodox Church “Department for External Church Relations “explained that his parishioners regularly repent to him “for not being vaccinated. “They feel guilty. “They pass the virus onto someone else “who eventually died, he claimed.” And he says, “All your life, you have to make up “for the sin you committed.” Well?

– So as I mentioned, Polly, this is now the same policy as the Vatican, right, the Vatican is telling people it’s a sin if you don’t get vaccinated, that’s what the Pope has said, and this is the framed all around the Delta variant. It seems to me Polly that we’ve seen a dramatic shift in Russia after the Biden, Putin summit. I don’t know what happened there and if they discussed this? But by all appearances, there is a shift. The only thing I’d note is that the Russian Orthodox Church in the United States has taken a very firm stand against vaccine mandates and that it’s voluntary. And historically there have been, there have been differing positions between the Russian Orthodox Church in Russia, which tends to be quite close to government policy and Russian Orthodoxy outside the country. So that’s something that we may wanna watch.

– Yep. Okay. Let’s go to India. I like this because I find it interesting. I mean, listen, it’s on BBC. And so a headline is, “Women in rural Bihar are hesitant to take the vaccines.” So this article, which is typical BBC style, tells stories. They tell the story of a woman whose job is to enroll people for COVID jabs and how she’s laughed at, abuse is hurled at her and one woman yelled at her, “I will make your life hell if you talk about the vaccine. “Her name is Madhu Kumari, “and she’s the enroller of COVID jobs “and she travels with other healthcare workers “from village to village. “And wherever they go, she says, villages, especially women “shun them or ignore them, some raise unfounded claims “she says that the shots can cause infertility.” Well, I mean, I’m not, I’m not into violence or anything, but the good for the women of India that are standing up and saying, no.

– Absolutely, and again, what’s fascinating in this article, Polly, is that it points out that only 5% of people in India are fully vaccinated. 5% and they’ve been driving home, you know, the Indian variant, the Delta by variant, and 65% of people live in rural areas and those are the people that are pushing back. So, again, what we’re seeing is really extraordinary resistance worldwide to this. And it’s interesting, one of the things that people are saying is they’re saying, “This is actually a conspiracy to kill the poor “and we think that this is a class and a caste thing, “and upper-class people are taking this, “but lower caste people are not in class people, which is very interesting. I mean, we need to keep watching India for sure.

– Yeah, we do. I’m just quickly on the TikTok. So Anthony Fauci, if you don’t know everybody is doing TikTok little interviews with, from what I can see young girls. I mean, as in, you know, teenage girls and there’s just one that I just want to quickly say about, this girl asks, and the link will go up tomorrow, but as you can see yourself, “Will any of the vaccines, the COVID shots “hurt any chances of women getting pregnant “down the road?” And Fauci responds, “Absolutely not. “That’s a very common myth. “It’s nonsense, it doesn’t interfere.” Well, we don’t know do we Mary? For him to say that I’m sort of, why is he still in his job? We don’t know.

– I mean, you know, well, Polly, it gets worse than that. I mean, you and I know that vaccine injury can last a lifetime and he has the audacity to say, “Long-term side effects occur within 45 days.” I mean, he says that, “Long-term effects are so unlikely, “they’re not even worth mentioning. “This is a super safe vaccine. “So get vaccinated.” I mean, and he says, “We didn’t cut corners, “the science was above reproach.” I mean, this is a sales pitch. Let’s just be really clear. This is a used-car salesman, selling cars. This is not a physician talking about the benefits and the risks. This is not accurate information. Accurate information tells people the real benefits and the real risks. What this is, is a sales pitch. And I think when people understand, and this is a sales pitch to young people, so we have to look at it in that way. You never expect somebody who’s giving you a sales pitch to tell you the whole story. We call it puffery, right, in law terms it’s puffery. It’s like, “Oh, it’s great, it’s wonderful, you’ll love it, “it’ll be the best.” That’s all this is.

– It’s really sad–

– And remember, Polly, remember he heads the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. They are in a joint venture partnership with Moderna. Every vial of Moderna that gets sold has a revenue stream that goes to the NIAID, of which Dr. Fauci is the head. So, you know, this is a sales pitch let’s be really clear. This is a sales pitch.

– Meanwhile, beautiful innocent girls gets very excited. In fact, he say, “Tell your friends,” and she says, “Yes, I will.” I mean, it’s disgusting. But let’s quickly nip over to North Carolina. So if you’re in North Carolina, so obviously panicking there, Summer Cash Drawing, “If you’re North Carolinian and vaccinated “against COVID- 19, you could win $1 million.” Also, they say, “We want everyone to get “their safe and effective COVID-19 vaccine. “We will help pay for the time and transportation “to get you there. “And you can get a $25 Summer Card for your first dose “and to those who support them getting vaccinated “by driving them. “So we encourage you to think about “who in your community you can talk to “about getting vaccinated, “then drive them their appointment, “and when they get two shots “you get a $25 prepaid Mastercard.” Again, desperation, desperation–

– Continuation of this desperation, these incentives.

– Sorry, “ABC News” reporting a very, I found this really sad because I’m an animal lover. “Animals, including mountain lions, tigers, and bears “were administered a COVID 19 vaccine. “The zoo said primates will be the next “to receive the vaccine.” There’s a horrible video of these poor animals being jabbed. I mean, it’s just, if you’re an animal lover–

– I watched it, and it’s like, Polly, they didn’t test these on these animals. Again, they have no idea what the effects of these shots on these animals are gonna be. They’ve no idea.

– No.

– They don’t know.

– And they’re coming, and we talked about this before, they’re coming for the cats and dogs.

– Yeah, they are.

– Right, now, UNICEF is the supposed to children’s charity. that everybody’s supposedly loves. I was shocked. I don’t know about you, Mary

– I was shocked, too, Polly.

– Absolutely shocked.

– It’s a shocking ad. I agree with you.

– Yeah, and they had this lady in red holding a viral saying COVID-19. She’s rubbing it around to lips. I kid you not people. It’s the weirdest thing ever. She’s in red with red lipstick and then the words come up, she’s just literally doing this with this COVID-19 vial. And then she says, or the words come up, “Don’t let the vaccine become a luxury. “Let’s make the vaccine accessible for everyone. “Not just the rich. “UNICEF for every child.” It’s the weirdest stuff–

– It’s bizarre, she’s made out to look like this sort of very sexy, rich woman as if she’s like from a Christian Dior ad, diamonds ad, and then she’s, you know, it’s sort of a flip she’s talking about the vaccine. So again, this is reaching out to poor people, right, this is saying, it’s not just for the rich. And what we just read in India is people are saying, “Yeah, you guys upper caste, do you take this, “we don’t want it in the villages.” So they’re trying to make these vaccines seem as if, “Oh, well, if rich people are getting them, “you must want them too.” And a lot of people have common sense who say, “No, I don’t want them.”

– Yeah, it’s disgusting.

– But it’s a very strange ad, I agree, Polly.

– Oh, creepy as anything. Okay, so I wanna tell you about something new on the Solari Report with Catherine Austin, the brilliant Catherine Austin Fitts. So everybody with children pay attention, this is good. So if you go to the solari.com, there’s on there a “Notice and declaration of parental authority requirements “of disclosure and safety of medical treatments.” And there’s a form there, It says, “I, you know, “the parent’s name, legal guardian of blah, blah, blah, “child’s name, here by state that I do not consent “to the taking of any medical action “in the nature of a vaccine or similar “allegedly virus preventing physical intervention “by the administration of an injection or otherwise “to my above named minor child and children.” It goes on, it shows you step-by-step, what to do and how to do it. You’re walked right through with this so that your child does not get at any point touched by these ghastly things. It’s brilliant.

– Yeah, Catherine Austin Fitts does outstanding work and she’s made these forms available. These are in the nature of notices of liability and they will help in the event that something happens, or they will, we hope prevent children from being vaccinated without parental consent. But let’s be real, Polly, there are efforts to put these vaccination clinics in every school and to have these teachers persuade the children. So parents need to talk, have real heart-to-hearts with their kids of like, “It doesn’t matter what Johnny does “or what Johnny’s mom says, you know, we don’t do this.”

– Well, that’s the end of all my reporting here. Have you got any, you’ve had amazing conference at the health symposium in Atlanta, was good wasn’t it?

– In Philadelphia, in the heart bed of American democracy, yes, it was very exciting. We had a Freedom Symposium and we spoke to the public and that was great. We’re looking forward this week to filing a new case, which we’ll talk about next Tuesday. And also we filed a petition to an appeal on Friday, and I expect that we’ll also file another appeal tomorrow. So next week we’ll have a number of legal cases to talk about. And one of the other things that’s happened in the last week or so, Polly, is we’ve been hearing from Dr. Robert Malone, the inventor of the messenger RNA technology. And he is speaking out loud and clear against these COVID shots. That is a new and very important innovation. This is the person who literally knows the most about this technology and says, “This is not how it should be used.” So there’s good news. You know, we can read into what we’ve all, what we’ve discussed, Polly. There’s a great deal of resistance going on and we can grateful for that.

– More and more. people are joining us from all over the world, and you’re seeing that, we’re doing interviews with people, Testaments on Children’s Health Defense. You can see these people are just waking up sadly to injury, to what’s happening, but our community embraces these people coming over to our side.

– 100%.

– We know, they were once us. Once you get treated so badly, they will spit you out and chew you and throw you to the ground on the other side. So we welcome you into our community because we were once you–

– We were absolutely them. We’ve all been, you know, brainwashed and deceived. And so we get it. There’s no judgment, we get it.

– And we’re becoming more powerful and more stronger by the day. So everybody pray big, sign up the Children’s Health Defense “Defender,” that’s how we all stay in contact. Right now, it’s getting bigger and bigger and bigger, the views are huge on “The Defender” now.

– Yeah, we’re really becoming a force, Polly, we are. And you know, we’re putting out truthful information and people around the world are tuning in and they’re getting the truthful information and they’re standing up. So there’s a lot for us to be excited about. And I do feel like the next couple months, July and August, we will continue to be in touch. The next couple months are critical they’re critical months.

– And we can still win this. Please don’t think–

– We can win this. Absolutely, the next two months are gonna be critical. If we can actually push back this licensure, if we actually were able to get the EUA lifted, you know, the game would be over for now. I mean, I think it’s not over, there are bad guys out there, but we can win this. We can win this.

– We will win this. Okay, so Mary, thank you so much. And thank you to everybody who’s sending us in articles at CHD@childrenshealthdefense.com. Thank you to everybody for all your hard work in making this show possible, and big love from us all. We’ll see you next week.

– Thank you, Polly.
