This is not one man’s crime spree. The world’s most powerful bank and foundation kept asking Epstein how to organize billionaire money. He drew the plans. They kept asking. The files hold a human cloning company’s budget, and his answer: “i have no issue with investing.” Also in the files: His jet’s visa waiver authority renewed five months after his pilot told Customs that Epstein was a registered sex offender; a prince asking a convicted sex offender to help draft Buckingham Palace’s denial of a survivor’s accusation; a former prime minister as his channel to Moscow; a former White House counsel on his Gates project a month out of office; a former White House chief strategist pitching a film against the pope; an offshore arm “especially for vaccines”; and in a separate document, a “strain pandemic simulation” as a Gates private-office deliverable, three years before the pandemic. All of it after Epstein’s 2008 conviction.

What the files describe is finance, philanthropy, science, and state security operating as one: a shadow empire that kept one of the world’s most notorious sexual predators at its switchboard for a decade, and did not mind. A million of his dollars now sits in an emergency-call company inside American 911 centers. Removing him did not remove the shadow empire.
