    The Pittsfield City Council Votes to Oppose H.R. 3557 The “American Broadband Act of 2023″

    The Pittsfield City Council unanimously voted to “vigorously” oppose H.R. 3557 the “American Broadband Act of 2023.

    This opposition letter will be sent from Mayor Tyer to U.S. Representative Richard Neil, U.S. Senator Ed Markey and U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren to vigorously oppose this legislation.
