List of cell phones withdrawn or updated for deception and endangering users

In a press release dated April 4, 2023, the National Frequency Agency (ANFR) announced that the SAR measurement tests of the Essentiel Clap 20+ mobile phone model did not respect the regulatory limits for the trunk (2 .73 W/kg instead of 2W/kg) and limbs (4.14W/kg instead of 4W/kg).

For the moment, it has not been possible to access the test reports carried out in the laboratory. Indeed, the entire SAR test database is not accessible. As a reminder, it was following our actions before the Administrative Court that the agency finally had to make public in 2018 the hundreds of test reports kept secret since 2012.
