In Thursday’s segment of the “The Donlon Report,” anchor Joe Donlon interviewed immunologist and public health advocate Dr. Hooman Noorchashm, who explained there are no data proving vaccine immunity is superior to natural immunity.

Noorchashm said:

“The problem is that we need to be focused on immunity. Instead, the Biden administration is focused on a one-size-fits-all vaccination and ignores about a hundred million Americans who are already immune and all the data is showing that these folks are equally, if not better protected from reinfection. It’s really tearing this country apart.

“I think there’s a large number of folks who are vaccine hesitant or are on the fence about the vaccine who are COVID recovered … if I just had a whopping case of COVID, why should I go get this vaccine that has a certain incidence of complications?”

This isn’t the first time Noorchashm has advocated for public health officials to recognize natural immunity. Besides being very active on Twitter, he has written to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and published blog posts on the risks of vaccinating people who have already recovered from COVID.
