This week, Mary Holland, Children’s Health Defense (CHD) president on leave, and Polly Tommey, CHD.TV programming manager, covered the latest headlines on COVID-19, Big Pharma and other issues, including Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s appearance on Joe Rogan’s podcast and the attention it drew from Peter Hotez, M.D., Ph.D.
Polly and Mary also discussed the article written by Peter McCullough, M.D., MPH, which reveals that Dr. Anthony Fauci, former National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases director, Dr. Rochelle Walensky, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) director, and Dr. Francis Collins, former Director of the National Institutes of Health were already aware of failing COVID-19 vaccines in January of 2021. “They lied to us, the population, from the get-go,” Mary contended.
Plus, a simian virus 40 (SV40) promoter was discovered in the COVID-19 mRNA shots, according to a new study. SV40 is linked to several cancers in humans. Kevin McKernan, a microbiologist and the lead author of the study, made an appearance on CHD.TV’s “Good Morning CHD.” According to McKernan and his team, DNA contaminants found in the injections may result in human genetic modification.
Also on tap this week: President Joe Biden’s newly appointed CDC director, Dr. Mandy Cohen, supported lockdowns and mandates during the COVID-19 pandemic. She also has ties to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the World Economic Forum. Cohen will step into the leadership position in early July.
More of this week’s highlights:
- A federal judge will decide on a lawsuit brought last year alleging that the Biden administration violated the First Amendment by censoring social media users over COVID-19, election security and other topics.
- The “Twitter Files” publicized by investigative journalist Paul D. Thacker on June 14 revealed that Brown University professor Claire Wardle, Ph.D., advised the Biden administration, federal agencies, social media platforms and Ivy League institutions on censoring dissenting opinions related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
- The first month of the COVID-19 lockdown cost heart attack patients up to two years of life, according to a study in the European Heart Journal — Quality of Care & Clinical Outcomes. “The excess deaths during the last several years are shocking,” acknowledged Mary.
- Meta’s rollback of COVID-19 misinformation policies troubled some in the field of public health. Mary pointed out how the use of terms like “misinformation” and “disinformation” resemble rhetoric in “totalitarian governments.”
- Researchers are preparing for a future pathogenic outbreak of an unknown “Disease X.” “They are preparing us for the next pandemic,” Mary claimed.
- The CDC last week issued an alert about measles cases linked to international travel The agency encouraged an extra dose of the measles, mumps and rubella vaccine (MMR) for infants after discovering an increase in reported cases.
- A Public Citizen report disclosed the dangers of generative artificial intelligence (AI) weapons being developed by the U.S. Department of Defense. The article also proposed strategies for defending a fair election process and free speech rights.
- Agribusiness watchdog OrganicEye petitioned the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to establish formal regulatory oversight on organic labeling. This comes in the wake of media coverage on Apeel, a Gates-funded synthetic fungicide and fruit coating.
- Last week the USDA approved lab-grown meat for the first time for sale in the U.S. While some are excited about chicken made from animal cells, some scientists and food safety experts continue to express concerns about its potential dangers and overall impact on health.
- According to the Brownstone Institute, the war against Julian Assange is a war against everyone. The article connects to a broader societal narrative about the most powerful groups in the country.
- Globally, thousands of adverse events were reported for Merck’s Gardasil human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine. A North Carolina federal district court will hear the first 16 lawsuits of about 80 alleging Merck’s vaccine caused injuries. People who believe they have been injured by this HPV shot can submit a claim. Mary shared the details of her book, “HPV Vaccine on Trial: Seeking Justice for a Generation Betrayed.”
- Manufacturers add toxic chemicals to clothing to make it smell better. But the fragrance added to your laundry isn’t regulated and may contain endocrine-disrupting and cancer-causing chemicals.
- Research on producing human eggs and sperm in labs is proceeding rapidly, sparking a debate on how “designer babies” may target surrogate mothers and pose other ethical and health concerns.
- CHD.TV covered the CDC Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices meetings June 21-23. Watch the three-day event here.
