Social Media Manager for Children's Health Defense

Cornelia Mazzan is the social media manager for CHD. She was selected to be a part of The Defender team as they launched in Oct. 2020. Prior to CHD, she was the program director at Focus for Health Foundation, managing their website, social media, print and online campaigns, as well as AutismOne planning.

Cornelia has a degree in fine and studio arts, with over 25 years of experience in the design industry. She began her design career at National Geographic. As a freelance designer, her clients included Publicis Groupe, Rodale Music, Time-Life, Harley-Davidson, TEDx, Holistic Moms Network, Fearless Parent, Kelly Brogan, M.D. and Audible.com. While raising her daughter, she also taught yoga and worked as a birth and postpartum doula.

Cornelia lives with her husband in Monmouth County, New Jersey. In her free time, she enjoys doing pottery, hiking and spending time with family and friends.
