Meet the panelists

Rick Jaffe, Esq., brings decades of experience at the forefront of complex healthcare litigation. Jaffe is a graduate of Columbia Law School and author of “Galileo’s Lawyer: Courtroom Battles in Alternative Health, Complementary Medicine and Experimental Treatments.”

He has built a reputation for defending controversial and cutting-edge medical cases.

In this event, Jaffe will walk attendees through the core constitutional and legal arguments behind the lawsuit, explaining not just what’s being challenged but why it matters.

Kim Mack Rosenberg, Esq., CHD’s general counsel, has represented clients nationwide. She adds deep expertise in medical freedom law and nearly 20 years of advocacy in the health freedom movement.

Mack Rosenberg has co-authored two books on vaccines, “Vaccine Epidemic: How Corporate Greed, Biased Science, and Coercive Government Threaten Our Human Rights, Our Health, and Our Children” and “The HPV Vaccine on Trial: Seeking Justice for a Generation Betrayed.”

She also wrote a book about autism, “The Parent’s Autism Sourcebook: A Comprehensive Guide to Screenings, Treatments, Services, and Organizations.”

Mary Holland, Esq., CEO of CHD, rounds out the panel with decades of leadership in litigation, policy and education. A former law professor at NYU School of Law and Columbia Law School, Holland has overseen major legal efforts involving mandates, informed consent and free speech.

She is the co-author or editor of several books on vaccines, including “Turtles All the Way Down: Vaccine Science and Myth” and “Vaccine Epidemic.”
