CHD in D.C.

Standing for Truth in the Nation’s Capital

For years, Children’s Health Defense has brought the voices of parents, injured families, scientists, physicians, military members, and everyday Americans directly to Washington, D.C. — challenging powerful institutions, demanding transparency, and fighting for accountability at the highest levels of government.

From congressional hearings and Senate roundtables to legislative collaboration, rallies, press conferences, and nationwide advocacy campaigns, CHD has played a leading role in advancing some of the most important health freedom conversations happening in our nation’s capital.

CHD Advocacy Day on Capitol Hill

(June 10, 2026)

Children’s Health Defense hosted its first-ever Advocacy Day on Capitol Hill, bringing together lawmakers, health freedom advocates, military whistleblowers, medical experts, and concerned citizens for a day dedicated to protecting children's health, informed consent, and constitutional rights.

Held at the Capitol Visitor Center in Washington, D.C., the event featured presentations from Senator Ron Johnson, Florida Surgeon General Joe Ladapo, Senator Rand Paul, CHD President Mary Holland, Rep. Paul Gosar, Rob Schnedier, All Star MLB Pitcher Noah Syndergaard and other leaders. It concluded with a screening of CHD Films’ documentary Duty to Disobey, followed by a roundtable discussion moderated by Senator Johnson featuring Mary Holland, Senior DOW Advisor Scott "Sonny" Duncan, Dr. Brian Hooker, Lt. Col. Theresa Long, Pam Long, and other Warriors of Conscience.

At the Capitol, hundreds of advocates went to their elected officials offices and called to Stop the COVID shots, while across the nation over 15,000 emails were sent making the same demand of lawmakers. In DC, Mary Holland led nearly 100 advocates to hand deliver Ron Johnson's blockbuster report on COVID shot injuries to the offices of Congressmen James Comer and Jim Jordan, asking these two powerful leaders to provide support for these findings on the House-side.

CHD’s inaugural Advocacy Day demonstrated the growing momentum behind the movement for transparency, accountability, and informed consent. Together, we are making our voices heard where it matters most.

Congressional Hearings

(July 15, 2025)

CHD helped elevate the stories of individuals and families impacted by vaccine injury through congressional testimony and public advocacy surrounding the “Voice of the Vaccine Injured” hearing in Washington, D.C. The hearing brought long-overdue national attention to Americans who say they were ignored, censored, or dismissed after suffering serious adverse events.

Through media coverage, social amplification, grassroots mobilization, and ongoing support for affected families, CHD helped ensure these stories reached lawmakers, the press, and millions of Americans nationwide.

(April 9, 2026)

CHD Senior Research Scientist Karl Jablonowski, Ph.D., provided expert testimony in Washington, D.C., bringing scientific analysis and data-driven evidence directly to lawmakers. His testimony focused on critical public health concerns, government transparency, vaccine safety, and the growing chronic disease epidemic affecting children.

CHD amplified the hearing across its platforms, helping break down complex scientific issues into accessible information for the public while reinforcing the organization’s commitment to evidence-based advocacy rooted in scientific inquiry.

Legislative Action & Policy Advocacy

GRACE Act (H.R.5075)

CHD worked alongside lawmakers and advocacy partners to support the introduction and public awareness campaign surrounding the GRACE Act led by Rep. Greg Steube. The legislation was designed to establish stronger safeguards around government overreach, emergency powers, and constitutional protections in future public health crises.

CHD helped launch public-facing educational materials, action alerts, media coverage, and grassroots outreach efforts to mobilize citizen engagement and support for the bill.

End the Vaccine Carveout Act (H.R.4668)

CHD has also supported legislative efforts to end pharmaceutical liability protections related to vaccines, including H.R. 4668 introduced by Rep. Paul Gosar. The legislation seeks to remove longstanding legal protections that prevent vaccine manufacturers from being held fully accountable in civil court.

Through public education campaigns, investigative reporting, and grassroots advocacy, CHD has continued to advocate for informed consent, medical transparency, and equal accountability under the law.

End the PREP Act (H.R.4388)

CHD has supported efforts led by Rep. Thomas Massie to end the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act liability shield, which grants sweeping legal immunity to pharmaceutical companies and other entities during declared public health emergencies.

CHD has consistently advocated for accountability, transparency, and the restoration of legal rights for individuals harmed by medical products and countermeasures, arguing that no corporation or government entity should be shielded from responsibility when injuries occur.

Other CHD work in D.C. has included:

  • Supporting and amplifying congressional hearings and investigations related to vaccine safety, government overreach, censorship, public health policy, military mandates, environmental toxins, and chronic childhood illness.
  • Collaborating with lawmakers, legal experts, scientists, physicians, and advocacy organizations to advance legislation and policy rooted in transparency, informed consent, bodily autonomy, and constitutional rights.
  • Hosting and participating in press events, advocacy days, educational panels, and citizen-led movements to ensure the concerns of the American people are heard inside the halls of government.
  • Elevating stories often ignored by mainstream media — including vaccine injury, autism, military discharge and injury related to COVID-era mandates, medical censorship, and the growing chronic disease epidemic affecting children.
  • Organizing nationwide grassroots efforts connected to Capitol Hill initiatives, empowering supporters across the country to contact legislators, sign petitions, attend rallies, and take action.
  • Providing independent investigative journalism through The Defender and original programming on CHD.TV to document critical moments unfolding in Washington and bring them directly to the public.

As national conversations continue to shift, CHD remains committed to ensuring that the voices of families, not pharmaceutical interests or political pressure, are represented in the conversations shaping the future of public health policy in America.

This is a movement bringing truth, accountability, and informed consent back to the center of the national conversation.
