Held at the Capitol Visitor Center in Washington, D.C., the event featured presentations from Senator Ron Johnson, Florida Surgeon General Joe Ladapo, Senator Rand Paul, CHD President Mary Holland, Rep. Paul Gosar, Rob Schnedier, All-Star MLB Pitcher Noah Syndergaard and other leading voices.

The day concluded with a screening of CHD Films’ documentary Duty to Disobey, followed by a roundtable discussion moderated by Senator Johnson featuring Mary Holland, Senior DOW Advisor Scott “Sonny” Duncan, Dr. Brian Hooker, Lt. Col. Theresa Long, Pam Long, and other Warriors of Conscience.

Voices of Courage & Accountability

At the Capitol, hundreds of passionate advocates met directly with their elected officials and called to Stop the COVID shots. Across the nation, more than 15,000 emails flooded congressional offices with the same clear message.

In a stand-out moment, Mary Holland led nearly 100 advocates to personally deliver Senator Ron Johnson’s blockbuster report on COVID shot injuries to the offices of Congressmen James Comer and Jim Jordan, urging House leadership to act on the findings.

The speakers did not hold back. Senator Ron Johnson called the COVID-19 vaccine response “the biggest government scandal in my lifetime,” stating, “hundreds of thousands have died, and they didn’t have to.” Mary Holland declared, “The immunity that has been given to the pharmaceutical industry has been impunity… That is unconstitutional. It’s un-American.”

Attendees heard powerful personal testimonies, including from former New York City firefighter O’ Brian Pastrana, who shared how a COVID vaccine injury left him medically disabled and unable to work —yet determined to speak out so others wouldn’t suffer in silence.

Noah Syndergaard emphasized individual choice: “It should be up to the individual.”

EMR & Wireless Advocacy on Capitol Hill

On June 10, 2026, Children’s Health Defense advocates met with members of Congress and their staff during CHD’s first-ever Advocacy Day on Capitol Hill to promote responsible wireless deployment, restore local control over cell tower siting, and educate lawmakers about the health and environmental impacts of wireless technology.

Advocates also helped lead the successful effort to defeat H.R. 2289, a major industry-backed bill that would have further stripped local authority over wireless infrastructure. Its defeat marked a significant victory for local communities, property rights, public participation, and government accountability.
