Pam Briggs

Pam Briggs holds a research chair in applied psychology at Northumbria University and is a visiting professor at Newcastle University. She is a Co-Director of the UK Centre for Digital Citizens, a 5-year collaboration with the Universities of Newcastle, Edinburgh and UCL and is one of the founder members of the UK's Research Institute in Sociotechnical Cybersecurity. Her research addresses issues of trust, privacy, identity and security in the digital world and her most recent publications highlight issues of inclusivity and diversity in digital engagement.
