CHD’s first-ever Advocacy Day on Capitol Hill marked a powerful moment for the growing health freedom movement, bringing together Senator Ron Johnson, Senator Rand Paul, Florida Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo, Rep. Paul Gosar, Mary Holland, Rob Schneider, former MLB All-Star Noah Syndergaard, and other courageous voices committed to protecting children’s health, informed consent, and constitutional rights.

At the Capitol, hundreds of passionate advocates met directly with their elected officials to champion transparency, accountability, and medical freedom, while advancing critical advocacy on electromagnetic radiation (EMR), and helping defeat legislation that would have further stripped local communities of authority over wireless infrastructure.

The day concluded with a special screening of Duty to Disobey and a powerful discussion featuring the film’s Warriors of Conscience.

CHD’s inaugural Advocacy Day demonstrated the growing momentum behind the movement for transparency, accountability, and informed consent—proving that when informed citizens come together, they can help shape the future of public policy in Washington, D.C.

CHD helped elevate the stories of individuals and families impacted by vaccine injury through congressional testimony and public advocacy surrounding the “Voice of the Vaccine Injured” hearing in Washington, D.C. The hearing brought long-overdue national attention to Americans who say they were ignored, censored, or dismissed after suffering serious adverse events.

Through media coverage, social amplification, grassroots mobilization, and ongoing support for affected families, CHD helped ensure these stories reached lawmakers, the press, and millions of Americans nationwide.

CHD Senior Research Scientist Karl Jablonowski, Ph.D., provided expert testimony in Washington, D.C., bringing scientific analysis and data-driven evidence directly to lawmakers. His testimony focused on critical public health concerns, government transparency, vaccine safety, and the growing chronic disease epidemic affecting children.

CHD amplified the hearing across its platforms, helping break down complex scientific issues into accessible information for the public while reinforcing the organization’s commitment to evidence-based advocacy rooted in scientific inquiry.

CHD worked alongside lawmakers and advocacy partners to support the introduction and public awareness campaign surrounding the GRACE Act led by Rep. Greg Steube. The legislation was designed to establish stronger safeguards around government overreach, emergency powers, and constitutional protections in future public health crises.

CHD helped launch public-facing educational materials, action alerts, media coverage, and grassroots outreach efforts to mobilize citizen engagement and support for the bill.

CHD has also supported legislative efforts to end pharmaceutical liability protections related to vaccines, including H.R. 4668 introduced by Rep. Paul Gosar. The legislation seeks to remove longstanding legal protections that prevent vaccine manufacturers from being held fully accountable in civil court.

Through public education campaigns, investigative reporting, and grassroots advocacy, CHD has continued to advocate for informed consent, medical transparency, and equal accountability under the law.

CHD has supported efforts led by Rep. Thomas Massie to end the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act liability shield, which grants sweeping legal immunity to pharmaceutical companies and other entities during declared public health emergencies.

CHD has consistently advocated for accountability, transparency, and the restoration of legal rights for individuals harmed by medical products and countermeasures, arguing that no corporation or government entity should be shielded from responsibility when injuries occur.
