    The battle for religious freedom is heating up in Connecticut.  On 3/29, House Majority Leader Matthew Ritter (D) sent a letter to CT Attorney General William Tong requesting Tong’s “formal legal opinion regarding the Constitutionality of eliminating the religious exemption for required vaccinations”.

    Informed Choice USA Founder, LeeAnn Ducat worked closely with a bi-partisan group of legislators and attorneys to offer their own response, that removing the RE would not reconcile legally for a myriad of reasons that violate at least three CT General Statutes as well as the CT State, and Federal Constitutions.
