Rally to Hold MERCK Responsible for Fraud

Event Details:

On Tuesday, July 9th, the US Court of Appeals for the 3rdCircuit will hear arguments in Stephen Krahling, et al v. Merck & Co Inc. Merck whistleblowers have provided compelling evidence of fraud by Merck in an effort to protect its exclusive license for MMR vaccine in the US.

Why is this so important? The lower court has ruled that whether or not Merck committed fraud does not matter. The CDC continued to purchase the defective vaccine so any fraud on the part of Merck is immaterial. This ruling is a disgrace.

In collaboration with Children’s Health Defense (CHD) we will be rallying outside the courthouse on the morning of July 9th. We need you to be there with your friends and family. The last thing Merck wants is any attention brought to this important issue.

This case is being heard as our new award-winning film “Protocol 7” hits theaters across North America. “Protocol 7” is a dramatized account of Merck’s misconduct. The film will play exclusively in Regal movie theaters in the Philadelphia area the night before the rally on July 8 at 7pm. The venues are listed below.
