County Board of Supervisors unanimously passed two ordinances enabling the fast-tracked proliferation of wireless infrastructure without due process, without residents’ right to appeal and without important CEQA protections, allowing telecom giants to streamline the installation of cell towers and small cells near homes, schools and daycares.
