Mary Holland, general counsel for Children’s Health Defense, was the first guest on “Right on Point,” a podcast newly launched by Wayne Rohde, author of “The Vaccine Court: The Dark Truth of America’s Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.”

In their hour-long discussion, Holland and Rohde focus on Jacobson v. Massachusetts, a U.S. Supreme Court case in which the court upheld the authority of states to enforce compulsory vaccination laws. The 1905 landmark decision and the key cases following it are key to understanding the COVID vaccine legal landscape.
