Geoengineering: It’s Real, Toxic, Taxpayer-Funded and Happening Without Informed Consent

Geoengineering programs involve massive-scale, nearly continuous spraying of toxic heavy metal aerosols and multiple other microscopic materials into our skies, done with the expressed intention of blocking sunlight. Three U.S. States — Florida, Louisiana and Tennessee — have already passed legislation to outlaw geoengineering within their borders.

By Clayton J. Baker, M.D.

The following is adapted from a document I recently submitted to multiple U.S. Congress members and their staffs.

To U.S. representatives and senators:

Government-based, massive-scale geoengineering is real. And it is killing Americans.

Widespread geoengineering activities such as stratospheric aerosol injection (SAI) and solar radiation management (SRM) are taking place continuously and on a massive scale throughout the skies of the U.S., as well as many other countries.

While some still deny these programs are occurring, the truth is visible to anyone looking skyward.

Geoengineering is also confirmed by numerous federal documents. It is funded in the recently approved National Defense Authorization Act, which means that every sitting member of both chambers of Congress has addressed its funding. There is even an international treaty to limit its use (which is widely ignored).

Geoengineering has been publicly acknowledged and discussed by two current Cabinet members, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency chief Lee Zeldin and U.S. Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

U.S. citizens have become increasingly aware of the widespread geoengineering programs occurring overhead, and they want them stopped. At this writing, three U.S. States — Florida, Louisiana and Tennessee — have already passed legislation to outlaw geoengineering within their borders.

Approximately 30 other states have active bills to do the same.

However, state legislation has had limited effectiveness to date, largely because the federal government controls U.S. airspace.

A federal bill, the Air Quality Act, has been sponsored by Rep. Greg Steube (R-Fla.). It follows a prior bill, the Clear Skies Act, sponsored by former Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.), and co-sponsored by Reps. Tim Burchett (R-Tenn.), Tony Wied (R-Wis.) and Thomas Massie (R-Ky.).

Geoengineering programs involve massive scale, nearly continuous spraying of toxic heavy metal aerosols and multiple other microscopic materials into our skies, done with the expressed intention of blocking sunlight.

This perverse rationale largely provides cover for even darker objectives, including the deliberate manipulation and weaponization of weather and climate against fellow human beings, including American citizens.

Geoengineering activities pose serious, even deadly, health hazards to all citizens — including you and your families. Furthermore, they constitute an egregious and criminal breach of informed consent.

As an experienced academic physician who has taught and written extensively on medical ethics, I am well qualified to comment on informed consent. As an experienced clinical physician, I am also well qualified to speak about the health hazards of the toxicities of the specific toxic chemicals involved in geoengineering.

In this document, I will first describe the shockingly unethical and illegal breaches of informed consent inherent in the geoengineering activities that are taking place in the skies above the U.S.

Next, I will inform you of some of the serious toxicities and health hazards that geoengineering programs inflict upon American citizens.

Geoengineering is a complete and egregious breach of informed consent

Informed consent is the process by which a human being is made fully aware of any procedure, treatment or intervention that may be performed upon them, and through which, if they so choose, they grant permission for that procedure to be done to them.

Obtaining informed consent is a fundamental feature of ethical human behavior in the modern world, codified in full since the end of World War II at Nuremberg.

Informed consent is a process. Informed consent occurs when a competent individual receives a) full disclosure in a b) truthful manner about a proposed activity that may be done to them, then c) fully understands it, and d) voluntarily consents to it.

By definition, the informed consent process is being systematically and completely violated by geoengineering programs in general, and by the constant chemical spraying of aerosolized heavy metals and other toxic materials throughout the skies of the U.S. in particular.

In fact, every one of the components of genuine informed consent is being deliberately broken with respect to geoengineering programs:

  • Full disclosure about these activities is systematically denied to the public. In fact, public knowledge of geoengineering is minimized, as these actions are intentionally kept secret. Despite the fact that geoengineering-related chemical spraying occurs in the skies over America every day, this is not discussed honestly or openly in any public forums by those conducting these programs. Federal authorities that are involved act covertly. The complicit mainstream media, including meteorologists, deny its existence. As a result, only a minority of citizens — although fortunately a growing number — are aware of it.
  • Truthful information is absent regarding chemical spraying and other geoengineering programs, especially from those conducting these programs. On social media platforms, attempts to address geoengineering and “chemtrail” spraying are deliberately and falsely suppressed by false information claims, bots and paid shills. Systematic false information campaigns, reminiscent of those employed during COVID-19, are widespread. These campaigns act to gaslight persons, calling attention to these activities, falsely claiming chemical spraying to be “water vapor” or “persistent contrails.”
  • Understanding what is happening with geoengineering activities is obviously impossible for citizens, since the facts about the spraying going on overhead are either deliberately mischaracterized or denied completely.
  • Voluntary granting of consent is therefore impossible in this context as well. A person cannot make any decision regarding consent when the very existence of the action is concealed from him. In fact, citizens are never even asked.

Americans have fundamental constitutional rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. This certainly includes a right not to be surreptitiously poisoned at the hands of one’s own government.

The most basic of civil rights are being systematically denied to American citizens when they are repeatedly sprayed with toxic chemicals from planes flying overhead.

Their right to informed consent in permitting or refusing such activities is being completely denied when these activities are a) conducted entirely without their knowledge and b) when they develop awareness of these activities, they are deliberately lied to and gaslit about the matter.

I will add that the alleged intent of geoengineering activities has no bearing on either the complete ethical breach of informed consent involved here or on the toxicities suffered as a result. The road to hell, as we were correctly taught in our youth, is paved with good intentions.

Furthermore, the deliberate and systematic refusal to provide informed consent — as described above — provides ample proof that those perpetrating geoengineering activities are acting with total disdain for the well-being of American citizens.

Health harms related to geoengineering — a partial list

There are multiple real and deadly health harms related to geoengineering programs such as SAI, SRM and others. A comprehensive list of the many toxicities is beyond the scope of this article, though I would be pleased to speak with any or all of you in more detail about them if you wish. I provide several important examples here.

The chemicals being sprayed into the atmosphere from planes settle to ground level, where they are inhaled by people and animals, and settle in the soil and water, which they pollute.

Commonly used chemicals for SAI, SRM and other types of geoengineering include (but are not limited to) aerosolized nanoparticles of aluminum, barium and sulfuric acid/sulfur dioxide. All of these are toxic to humans, animals, and to the environment in general.

I will first discuss the health hazards of air pollution in general, as caused by geoengineering. Next, I will focus specifically on each of these chemicals commonly used in geoengineering activities.

Air pollution

At heart, much of geoengineering (including SAI and SRM) amounts to massive-scale, intentional air pollution. These disastrous programs are partially inspired by the observed effects that a) uncontrolled industrial exhaust from earlier eras, and b) volcanic activity have inflicted upon the planet’s weather in the past.

Those effects include the blocking of sunlight from reaching the Earth’s lower atmosphere and surface, as well as the prolonged disturbance of natural weather patterns. (Also, from a weather weaponization standpoint, an atmosphere polluted with particulate matter — especially metal particulates — is much more amenable to manipulation and weaponization.)

Shielding their actions in secrecy, psychological operations and disinformation campaigns, geoengineers have arrogantly and unilaterally decided, without the consent of the population, to pollute the atmosphere with many of the same toxic industrial compounds that, by the late 20th century, numerous nations had successfully reduced from the atmosphere.

Geoengineering greatly increases particulate counts in the air and dramatically degrades air quality. Again, geoengineering is deliberate air pollution, plain and simple.

Air pollution and high particulate counts in inspired air are recognized as causative of lung cancer, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, emphysema, asthma, heart disease and stroke. The National Institutes of Health (NIH) estimates the annual number of deaths worldwide from air pollution to be 6.5 million.

There is growing evidence that higher levels of air pollution are also associated with cognitive decline, dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.

Given the increase in deadly neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s, including in younger people, and given the increase in lung cancer, even with a reduction in cigarette smoking, it is completely unacceptable, both medically and morally, that citizens should be exposed to deliberate air pollution unilaterally imposed on them by geoengineering programs.

Toxicities of specific aerosolized metals and chemicals used in geoengineering

Aluminum (aluminum oxide, Al2O3)

Aluminum is toxic to humans, animals and plants. Unlike other metals such as iron, copper or zinc, aluminum has no beneficial physiologic function in the human body. It is only toxic.

Aluminum that is bioavailable — that is, aluminum in a form that can be absorbed into our bodies — is toxic, and its toxicity is widespread throughout the body. Aerosolized, nanoparticulate aluminum used in geoengineering is highly bioavailable, and therefore, it is highly toxic.

The pathological conditions associated with aluminum toxicity are numerous, and they involve multiple organ systems. The list of documented toxicities associated with aluminum in humans is very long.

It includes desquamative interstitial pneumonia, pulmonary alveolar proteinosis, granulomas, granulomatosis and fibrosis, toxic myocarditis, thrombosis and ischemic stroke, granulomatous enteritis, Crohn’s disease, inflammatory bowel diseases, anemia, Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, sclerosis, autism, macrophagic myofasciitis, osteomalacia, oligospermia and infertility, hepatorenal disease, breast cancer, pancreatitis, pancreatic necrosis and diabetes mellitus.

As the list above shows, the central nervous system is especially susceptible to aluminum toxicity. Excessive aluminum accumulation in the human central nervous system is associated with multiple neurological and dementia-related diseases, including Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease.

Aluminum is also implicated in other neurologic disorders, such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS, or Lou Gehrig’s disease), multiple sclerosis (MS) and autism spectrum disorder.

A causative role of aluminum toxicity in brain diseases is clearly demonstrated by the existence of a specific dialysis-related dementing disorder known as dialysis encephalopathy, which has been demonstrated to be caused by aluminum poisoning.

In another known human model of toxicity, workers in the aluminum production industry can develop asthma-like respiratory disease characterized by wheezing, cough, dyspnea, respiratory distress and pulmonary edema. This condition is known as “potroom asthma.”

Given the increasing prevalence of diseases like Alzheimer’s, ALS and autism in the American population, and given the known widespread, multisystem toxicity of aluminum in the human body, it is unconscionable that this toxic metal is being deliberately sprayed in aerosolized form, in massive amounts, into the air that we all breathe, and allowed to deposit into the water we all drink and into the soil in which our food is grown.

Barium

Barium, another metal widely used in geoengineering, is also toxic to humans. Barium is associated with hypokalemia (low potassium levels), which can cause cardiac arrhythmias, seizures, tremors and paralysis. Chronic barium exposure is also associated with gastrointestinal diseases and kidney failure.

High levels of Barium have also been associated with increased incidence of neurodegenerative diseases such as MS and ALS.

Sulfur dioxide (SO2) and sulfuric acid (H2SO4)

In concentrated form, sulfuric acid is a highly caustic acid, but even dilute exposure is toxic. Sulfuric acid and its precursor compound, sulfur dioxide, are industrial pollutants that were largely responsible for the “acid rain” environmental phenomenon of the 20th century.

They also damage the Earth’s ozone layer. Perversely, they have been reintroduced into our atmosphere in massive amounts by geoengineers in the 21st century.

With regard to human health, regular exposure to dilute concentrations of sulfuric acid in inhaled air has been associated with a significantly increased risk of death due to lung cancer, ranging from a 39% to 93% increased risk, the level of increased risk dependent on years of exposure.

Given that lung cancer remains the leading cause of cancer death in the U.S., and that up to 20% of patients with lung cancer never smoked tobacco, the deliberate introduction of sulfuric acid into the atmosphere is completely unacceptable.

As frightening and appalling as these examples are, they only scratch the surface of the potential health harms of geoengineering programs.

In summary, under the pretense of blocking out the sun, and with the real intent of weaponizing weather systems, the U.S. federal government is involved in the systematic poisoning of its citizens, through the systematic and potentially irrevocable poisoning of our air, soil and water.

All this is being done completely without the informed consent of the governed. As the U.S. federal government controls U.S. airspace, the federal government is ultimately and entirely responsible for this travesty.

In order to protect the health, well-being and civil rights of all Americans, I call upon all U.S. legislators to support and pass into law the Air Purity Act. I also urge you to immediately defund all existing government geoengineering programs.

American citizens have a right not to be poisoned by their own government. We rely upon you, our elected leaders, to uphold our constitutional rights and to lead the way to a just and healthy future for all citizens.

At the very least, it is your responsibility to protect your constituents from being poisoned. The health of our children and grandchildren — and yours — depends on it.
