Submit Public Comment to ACIP by March 12

Leave your comment to ACIP by March 12. The committee needs to hear your stories of COVID-19 vaccine injury!

March 5, 2026

The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) will hold its next meeting on March 18 and 19 at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta. The current ACIP roster, put in place by HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., is far different from committees in the past that have been plagued by entanglements with vaccine makers and conflicts of interest. The committee members are now focused on the safety issues that prior committees have neglected for decades – and they would like to hear from us.

This meeting comes on the heels of Secretary Kennedy’s recent announcement of two new ACIP committee members, one of whom has a history of COVID-19 vaccine skepticism.

This ACIP panel is actively encouraging comments, either orally during the meeting or submitted in writing in advance, and we believe the members are committed to carefully considering public input. Among the topics on the agenda is COVID-19 vaccine injury, something prior ACIP panels would likely have ignored altogether.

If you have a story of vaccine injury, either your own or that of a loved one, now is the time to share it with the ACIP team.

The committee is requesting written comments on Docket No. CDC-2026-0199 by March 12 using the Federal eRulemaking Portal.
