Oppose Colorado’s SB 032

February 18, 2026

Take Action Now

Things are moving quickly in the Colorado legislature and we need urgent action to stop SB 032—yet another gift to Pharma—in its tracks. The House committee hearing is coming up on February 25 so we need to ACT NOW!

SB 032 would:

  • Further solidify following recommendations of Pharma-friendly organizations like the American Academy of Pediatrics vs. the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices which is now focused on safety vs. industry profit
  • Assure liability protection for all involved in the vaccine administration process
  • Maintain the status quo of making it very difficult to opt out of unwanted vaccines in order to attend school

The bill has already passed the Senate and now it’s at its first step in the House. The hearing is Wednesday, February 25 in the House Health and Human Services Committee.

To ensure our voices are heard by the Committee members, we all need to do three things:

  • Contact the Health and Human Services Committee today to urge that the members oppose SB 032.
  • Provide testimony either in person, remotely, and/or with a written submission to the Committee. You must register ahead of time. Plan to be there by 1:30 p.m. if you’re testifying in person. (Time is approximate as other bills are on the agenda before SB 032 and discussion times will vary.)
  • Share this action alert with friends and family in Colorado and ask them to take the same steps.

If you missed the January 29 Senate Committee hearing on this bill, you can watch the recorded proceedings for a better understanding of the implications of the legislation and how the process works. The January 29 witness testimony starts at timestamp 2:33 and the bill’s sponsors provide remarks at 3:35.
