Injured by Your Smart Meter? CHD Is Seeking Plaintiffs for a Lawsuit
Children’s Health Defense is seeking plaintiffs disabled by radiofrequency radiation emitted by their smart meters.
To protect people and the environment from harmful levels of wireless radiation exposure, Children’s Health Defense (CHD) is seeking plaintiffs disabled by radiofrequency (RF) radiation emitted by their smart meters.
To become a plaintiff, individuals must:
- Have a smart electric utility meter installed in their place of residence.
- Experience adverse health effects when exposed to radiation from their smart meter.
- Reside in Alabama, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia or Wyoming.
If you, your child or a family member meet the above requirements and wish to become a plaintiff, simply complete this form.
Not interested or don’t qualify? You can still support CHD’s education and advocacy efforts by sharing how wireless radiation exposure has affected your health and well-being.
