Sujata Gibson, Esq.

Attorney

Sujata Gibson is a veteran civil rights attorney who has been litigating in the medical freedom movement for over a decade. Most recently, Ms. Gibson won a lawsuit sponsored by Children’s Health Defense, overturning New York State’s healthcare worker COVID-19 vaccine mandate. Ms. Gibson also currently serves as lead attorney on multiple large CHD lawsuits, representing thousands of employees and students whose civil rights have been violated by unlawful COVID-19 policies. In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Gibson teaches part-time at Cornell Law School in the area of civil rights and movement law.
