Practiced for 25 years in civil rights and complex commercial litigation in discrimination, education, unfair trade practices, qui tam cases involving false claims against the government, and antitrust. Lead counsel in CHD v. Rutgers, a challenge to the university’s COVID-19 mandate.

Represented indigent and indigenous Ecuadorians against Chevron Corporation regarding claims of litigation fraud arising from prosecution of an environmental damages action following 20 years of oil drilling in the Amazon; co-counsel on a successful appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in this case, see Chevron Corp. v. Naranjo, 667 F.3d 232 (2d Cir. 2012). Admitted to the United States Supreme Court, New Jersey Supreme Court,
