Alfredo Heredia

Alfredo Heredia was a member of CHD’s inaugural fellows program. He holds an M.S. in counseling and is pursuing a Ph.D. in American studies. Alfredo practices holistic well-being, including organic non-GMO nutrition (when possible), resistance training, mindfulness and prayer. He has worked in various capacities in the field of education.
