Free Speech Hangs in the Balance

On Monday, March 18, the Supreme Court heard from attorneys arguing on behalf of the states of Missouri and Louisiana and the individual plaintiffs in a case that will have a huge impact on CHD’s own closely related legal effort — Kennedy v. Biden — to shut down government censorship.
This is the most significant censorship case to be heard before the Supreme Court in the last 50 years.
SCOTUS’s ruling in this case will have far-reaching implications for the free speech rights guaranteed by the First Amendment that Americans have enjoyed since the Founding Fathers.
