CHD Seeks Plaintiffs Injured by RF Radiation from Smart Meters

Children’s Health Defense (CHD) is launching a new series of strategic lawsuits to protect people from the harmful wireless radiation emitted by smart meters. For this effort, CHD is seeking plaintiffs disabled by radiofrequency (RF) radiation emitted by their smart meters.

To be a plaintiff, individuals must:

• Have a smart electric utility meter installed at their place of residence.
• Experience adverse health effects when exposed to radiation from their smart meter that severely impacts major life functions.
• Reside in Alabama, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia or Wyoming.
