In 2015, CA Senator Richard Pan introduced SB277 making promises that he didn’t keep. The bill passed. It has been a horrible policy for CA parents trying to protect their rights to make medical decisions for their children.

Now, in 2019, Senator Pan is introducing SB 276 which will go even further…tying the hands of doctors to make medical decisions for their patients.
