Minor Consent for Vaccinations

The Minor Consent for Vaccinations Amendment Act of 2020 will go into effect in Washington D.C. next week. The law will allow children 11 years of age or older to consent to vaccination without the parents’ knowledge or consent. For the moment the law will only apply to children in the District of Columbia. However, it is a stepping stone for the pharmaceutical industry to expand the administration of childhood vaccinations without parental consent nationwide. The Minor Consent for Vaccinations Act is clearly unconstitutional and endangers the lives of children by stripping away the protections provided by both the parents and portions of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Compensation Act of 1986 (VICA).

Children’s Health Defense wants to challenge the law as unconstitutional. However, in order to file a lawsuit, we need a plaintiff with legal standing. In essence, we need a resident of Washington D. C., who is the parent of a child eleven years of age or older and enrolled in school in the District of Columbia. The law goes into effect March, 19, 2021. Time is of the essence. If you are a parent who meets the above criteria and are interested in being a plaintiff, please complete this form. (Please understand, filling out the initial inquiry form does not form a contract.)
