Attorneys on behalf of Children’s Health Defense and named plaintiffs filed a response to the New York Department of Health’s motion to dismiss in the lawsuit challenging NYS policies and procedures that unconstitutionally restrict medically vulnerable children from getting necessary medical exemptions from licensed physicians.
