Kennedy, Jr. recently petitioned the Office of Inspector General (OIG) of the Department of Justice (DOJ) and both Congressional Judiciary Committees to investigate two key DOJ lawyers’ actions in the 2009 “Vaccine Court” Omnibus Autism Proceedings.
